Cecina tacos are great as well as the cemitas, they cook the meat at the immediate moment. I once tried the asada tacos and was awesome but on a different day I was not lucky enough since they gave me the left overs meat from the previous day and it tasted like paper.

This food truck is highly recommended, they have several branches but I recommend this one, the food is very delicious, the prices are affordable and the service is fast. I loved the leg and carnitas cemita, accompanied with their mango juice.

Papalo found here very often. Cemitas are NOT cemitas without papalo. You can't always find it either. It's a big deal and the cemitas here are crazy good! I lived in Puebla two years. I know good cemitas. I highly recommend Cemitas Tepeaca!
