A really lovely spot with top notch food and great service. We love Octavio and Sam. Everything on the menu is mouth watering and fits my gluten free diet. Tastewise, it’s one of the best underrated spots in LA. I drink their green ceviche sauce like a soup and dream about their scallops with uni. I do wish they had some more filling items, maybe like a cold soup, or a chayote, jicama ceviche or a more substantial salad. During the pandemic they made an incredible seafood Michelada with uni but they don’t offer it now.
Don’t skip dessert. The crispy peanut butter balls are special.

This was such a special experience. The owner is a one man show. His attention to excellence, human connection and an obvious love for what he does is what makes this place so lovely. This is a passion project and I highly recommend it. Come with the expectation that you will be cared for and the dining pace is thoughtful but not meant to be hurried. The dishes are composed, clean, light and made with high quality ingredients. The place is small which makes for an intimate experience. I will definitely be back to support this small but mighty restaurant.

Ceviche project is easily a top 5 restaurant in LA. The quality of fish rivals any sushi or seafood restaurant in Southern California. The atmosphere is very inviting and does a great job of complementing the aesthetic of the plates and drinks they serve. They did an amazing job curating the menu. The michelada was amazing and I highly recommend ordering the scallops on the half shell. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Our only complaint was the epic volume level of the restaurant. Something with the acoustics but we were pretty much forced to shout at each other to be heard. Also outdoor dining didn’t look appealing being right on Hyperion with a ton of traffic in your face.

Tiny digs, make a reso! The staff here is fun to interact with and goes above and beyond to accommodate. We were jet-lagged with a 3 hour time difference and our son was not happy to be at dinner. Despite this, the staff helped us ease into the night. By the end, even my son was feeling merry.Food and beverage menus are curated to ensure a harmonious duo. After enjoying a variety of wines and sake (from Mexico!), special crudos and shellfish delights, I have to say this was one of our best meals in Los Angeles. Thank you, staff! We'll see you on Fall Guys (lol).

I don't remember the last time I was this impressed with a restaurant. Ceviche Project offers the freshest seafood prepared in unique and refreshing ways. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered (which was the whole menu). On top of that, the ambiance was perfect. It's an intimate space that's perfect for date night. Lastly, the service was phenomenal. Our server was so attentive and made us feel right at home. He described every dish with so much enthusiasm, which made us even more excited to try everything. They were so kind and accommodating. I will definitely be back!
