The food was okay, nothing special. I visited Charlie's with my brother, and for some odd reason, the employee (didn't catch his name) said to my brother, "Is she your sister? She has an attitude. Good luck with that." We simply ordered our food and we displayed no rude behavior. It is weird to say to a stranger, let alone a customer. Next time, keep your rude remarks to yourself.

Ate there today and ordered a veggie omelette…. It was ok. I was really grossed out when I noticed that the older lady cooking the food wasn’t wearing gloves and touching my food and others’ after touching MANY other surfaces and NOT washing her hands. I won’t eat here again.

What happened to Charlie's? I ordered a patty melt with extra onions and fries no salt. What I got was mostly bread, almost no onions, and a small amount of fries "with" salt all for $19.71. As a long, long time customer I am extremely disappointed!

One of the best breakfasts I've had, period. Pancakes are crisp at the edges and flipped with a rich layer of butter, the bacon was thick and flavorful in every bite, the eggs were actually made over easy as I requested instead of sunny side up... and the coffee... the latte... perfection in a cup. The service is great too, great people working here!

Girl taking orders was very nice, but she is doing a lot and so the line moves so slow! It then took a really long time to get the food - I only ordered a plain hot dog and fries. Food was ok, nothing special. Not sure why it took so long to cook, maybe they should have less items on their menu.
Watch out -- will add a 4% charge to your card over the quoted price of the food, unannounced. There's a tiny little faded label on the countertop by the card machine. Dishonest. Check your charges.
