Best deli I’ve been to in LA. The pastrami sandwich, salmon, potato salad, liver, latkes, and pickles are all fantastic.

Very misleading.. It would seem that this place is “ kosher style“ and not actually kosher..
If they serve Dairy and Meat in the same restaurant they can’t claim themselves as a kosher establishment.

Heard owner lying about Kosher certification to a customer, and over charge an elderly lady.

Quintessential Jewish deli! It’s an experience if you’ve never been to one, but if you’re just looking for great old school traditional Jewish food this is the spot! Their Passover offerings were all delicious!

I had a Matzo soup & Tuna sandwich, some dessert ( I don’t know what it called)
Everything I ordered was very delicious & generous served as well.

The girl who lives in Apt 1, 451 S Oakhurst Dr is cyberstalking me with the people she holds responsible for "Pol Pot"-ing her building. That's two American residents/citizens, Rajiv Thomas and Vineetha Thomas of New Albany, Ohio. With the blessings of Indian citizen Kiran Tripathi, US citizen Ritu Tripathi, UK citizen Ruchi Tripathi, and Indian citizens Prakash Chandra, Smita Tripathi, Sudhir Tripathi, Anurag Tripathi, Anupam Tripathi, Suruchi Tripathi, Preeti Tripathi and US citizen Manju Shukla.

Why does this place have so few reviews. It’s the best sandwich shop in LA. Hershel is so kind and he makes amazing kosher food. I know because he gave me like 8 different samples for free. I went with the chopped liver sandwich. But will need to come in for lox and everything else next time!
