Charlie's used to have a line all the time and I never understood why. I've ordered an expensive veggie burrito with no flavor more than once always hoping it will be good, but no! Food sucks and the prices are high. I have no idea how they are still in business. Plus the owner is an arrogant ass and terrible community member. He drives around in that stupid 3 wheeled monstrosity and sets off fireworks all year long at all hours of the night. The 4th and New Years I get, but be a decent neighbor. I won't support this business ever again.

I’m new to LA, so I’ve been trying lots of taco spots haha. This one was meh.Presentation wise, best taco truck and presentation yet.Their prices seem a tad on the high side. So I went with the 5 taco for $10 special. I got 2 chicken and 3 birria tacos.They were all just okay. I thought the birria ones were gonna be amazing. Meh.I’m new to these types of tacos (I’m from the east coast) so take my review with q grain of salt.The few times I’d had birria tacos here, they come crispy with a cup of consume to dip. These came on regular soft corn tortillas (which I love) and no consume. They charge for it here. I’ve never had any other taco spot charge for consume with birria tacos. ??♂️ lucky me maybe ?Chicken and birria were both juicy and not dry. Just didn’t have much flavor. The chicken was semi bland. The birria was seasoned, but tasted like just that, seasoned shredded beef.Presentation was great. Looks clean. Made me feel like the food is (safe)?I love they have specials for kids in high school. Add 1 star for that.Food. Meh. Wasn’t impressed. Not bad though, just with a different taco spot ever 7 steps, this didn’t stand out.They’re open till 2 am I believe, so if nothing else is open, I could come back. If not, I’d go elsewhere.

I go here SOLELY for the potato tacos. So good! Honestly the best I've ever had because there are no other potato tacos that I remember. This one hits the spot ALWAYS. Cooked to perfection and great with the salsa verde.

I ordered the asada fries, and asked for no guacamole and sour cream, and they still added it. When asked to redo it they gave me a new order with the fries well under cooked. Fries were basically raw.

This spot is iconic to the neighborhood. It's located at the corner of York and Eagle Rock Blvd. They are always there late night and their choices are amazing and flavorful. My personal favorite is the carne asada fries but you gotta ask for the nacho cheese. The cheese they put you gotta eat it on the spot if not it dries up together and, it just isn't it. The meat is very tasty so anything you get definitely girly has flavor. You can park in the plaza which is good, but the only downside is that it's cash only. But overall, it's at a busy spot, great food, prices are great also. Definitely a great spot for any occasion with great ambience.

Everyone else is being really picky , the food is really good , they have really good deals like 5 tacos (any meat) for 9.99 , their portions are good , their salsas are good and spicy ,Birria is fire ! Dont expect to pay super cheap prices because if you do go somewhere else where you get what you what you pay for. Overall a great spot for Birria here in Eagle rock and they also take Zelle so that’s a plus

I cannot believe the price gouging going on. I blame all the hipsters in HLP because they've never been this expensive. Will not be going back. Food is good and tasty but the pricing is crazy.

This truck is soooooo good expensive as he'll but good. I love the nachos nacho fries and the birria so delicious. Worth every penny.Wheelchair accessibility: It on a side walk right in front of CVS . Seems easy a lil bit of a slant.

Orderd a carne asada torta and carne asada tacos. Came home to eat. But instead I was eating oil. Its like they poredthe whole bottle of oil. Real nasty. No flavor. I spent 12 dollars for a torta and 3 dollars a taco taco's full of oil. Never again!!!!.
