Just had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich from the latenight window. I had it once before at the West Hollywood location and it was great, but tonight it left much to be desired. The fried chicken breast was tough this time, and was served room temp & not crispy at all... even though I ordered it 10 mins prior to eating it. The fries were piping hot & crispy, so the only explanation is that they used leftover chicken from an old order. Or maybe it was pre-cooked and sitting out. Definitely disappointing. Please, as a policy, cook all food to order. You have a great recipe with this sandwich... love the slaw and the hot sauce is on-point, but the execution was botched & careless.

It’s late at night and the two employees that was there are about to close but they still helped us which is so nice.. the place is just scary at night , there’s a lot of beggars and smells like marijuana all over , not because of the resto but the minute you open the door to go outside

This used to be my go-to spot for late-night food a while back, and their offerings are still fantastic! Last night, I decided to relive the experience and ordered some hotdogs and drinks via delivery. However, I was initially disappointed when my order arrived—although I ordered two drinks (clearly stated on the receipt), I only received one.
I called the restaurant to address the issue, and while the situation was frustrating, the staff handled it exceptionally well. The person I spoke to was calm, professional, and eager to resolve the matter, which we did smoothly.
This is one of those rare, ethical establishments that genuinely prioritizes both customer service and the quality of their food. Despite the hiccup, they’ve earned my continued loyalty. Highly recommend!

I was in L.A. recently for a show at the Hollywood Bowl and spotted this restaurant, which has a large menu including vegan options. The reviews looked great and I expected a line out the door for Sunday brunch. But it's tucked away and there was no wait when we arrived for lunch. The food was fabulous and since the place was quiet, it was nice to talk with our server who has worked for Cheebo for quite some time. There are interesting vegan options and my friend and I both enjoyed the food. Hopefully more people will visit this location.

I ordered the OG Tuna Salad Sandwich, the Steak Breakfast Burrito, and The Original Smashburger, and unfortunately, each item was just okay. None of the dishes stood out in terms of flavor or quality. At $51, the meal felt overpriced for what it delivered. While it served its purpose as one of the few places open at the time, I wouldn't recommend Cheebo Express for a regular meal. There are certainly better options out there for a satisfying bite.
