Just had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich from the latenight window. I had it once before at the West Hollywood location and it was great, but tonight it left much to be desired. The fried chicken breast was tough this time, and was served room temp & not crispy at all... even though I ordered it 10 mins prior to eating it.
