Finally made the trip to Cheebo's Burger Stand. We ordered fish and chips and shrimp and chips. Fish and chips were my favorite. Large pieces of fish. Always a bummer to get tiny pieces and still be hungry afterwards. They are generous with condiments. The line was long and we had to wait for thirty minutes. Food was worth the wait and I would go back for sure. Staff were all very friendly.

Great little food truck find. It is a food truck in a permanent location. We were able to walk right up and order we got the fish and chips and a fish and chips combo which included shrimp. There are several picnic tables to eat at. The food was made to order so it so super fresh. The fries were excellent. The fish and shrimp were very fresh and the batter was a good consistency. I felt like the batter needed some salt but with the tartar sauce it was fine.

Pretty good fish and chips, but far from the best I've had. The outside batter is nice and crispy, but I wish it was seasoned a bit more. You need to eat it pretty much immediately or else it will start to steam and get soggy.
