I absolutely like their dishes and service, great location right next to my apartment. The employees are always very kind. Will come back again.

I love this place, the breakfast burrito is huge and filling; the chilequiles are like moms; large portions. Definitely one of my favorite places to get Mexican food in the KTOWN area

I ordered 2 wet burritos today, when I received my food (ordered to go) the burritos weren't wet. I called in right when I got the food and I was told by the lady that picked up the phone that basically I was wrong. I let her know that I could take a picture of my food and sent it to her so that she could see and she told me that "next time" she'll make sure they'd be wet. (Wet burritos cost 10.99$ vs a normal burrito is 8$) I explained to her that I wasn't mad at the fact that they weren't wet, I was just uncomfortable with the fact that they didn't care about the price difference. I was charged for wet burritos but that wasn't what I received. I tried to still eat my burrito but it was difficult because of the cilantro which tasted bad. It tasted acidic and bitter and on top of that I was also charged for the sour cream that I wasn't even able to find. I went ahead and called again and spoke to the owner. He again instead of listening to what I said said that I was wrong. That he was looking at the cilantro and that it was fresh. He said that they do not do refunds and that if I wanted to get a new burrito I had to bring mine in and they would add the missing items. I said I couldn't go back in today and he asked me to FREEZE the burrito and bring it the next day. I've never been asked to do something so irrational in my life. People love to over charge you for things and completely ignore the customer service part. I don't know who he thought he was to expect me to go through the hassle of putting something that tasted and looked the way it did in my fridge and then bring it back to him the next day. Unbelievable. I have opened the burrito for you to see how it looked on the inside. There's only sour cream at the very end and it's very little. There was only maybe a little spoon full of beans and the cilantro is really dark. Also, as you can see the burrito is still in its to go container and there's NO trace of the red salsa that it's supposed to make the burrito wet. Chips were also old and chewy.

I stopped in for an Agua Fresca and the girl who rang me up was super nice. She handed me a menu and told me to come back when I'm hungry. I did and there was a man who helped me and his service was terrible. I ordered a sandwich for breakfast and told him I would like to dine in. He still packed it to go and when I asked for water, I had to remind him again 5 mins later. There were only two other people seated. He had an attitude. Maybe because I did not speak in Spanish? I've also tried to come at night and they're always closed earlier than they're scheduled to be.

I absolutely love their food; however, their service has declined and prices keep going up & the menu isn't updated accordingly. Currently, their menu and google has their business hours listing they're open until 9-yet on multiple occasions, I've shown up within business hours and told they're closed (while the door is still open). It would help if they'd answer their phone at least to let the customer know they're closed. But what really did it for me was last night... showed up 15mins before 8pm & their son immediately began yelling at me to leave. Now, he's a small boy so I was trying to be patient and understanding. I asked the dad is the restaurant was closed & he asked what I wanted to order... I told him what I wanted and no response. Meanwhile their son didn't stop yelling at me "no" and to leave and that they were closed. The parents didn't bother telling him to stop (at least out of respect) and I felt uncomfortable, especially because there was a man sitting at a table, watching as the little boy kicked me out. So I left, and won't be returning. They're not the only Mexican restaurant around.

I called about 3 times to place an order and nobody picked up my call, then after the 4th call a man answered and told him I would like to order to pick up. He then rudely asked why I was calling from an 800 number, to which I replied " I was calling from my work number ". He then told me that the only reason he answered was to tell me to stop calling from that number and to use a cell phone the next time. I hung up because he was so rude. He just lost a huge office order!
