Although the food is very delicious and the restaurant is very nice, the service wasn’t the greatest. Very racist and discriminatory simply because we spoke “another language “. Will not be returning.

I only discovered this place after living in the area for 2.5 years! It's well kept treasure ! I didn't dine in as I ordered for Take out but food was kept warm in their lovely recyclable bags and well packed and presented. The food tasted still hot and fresh when I dished out and it tasted fabulous! Im definitely going back to dine with friends! Thank you!

We recently dined in at Chi Dynasty and were really impressed with the quality and flavor of most of the dishes. We tried the calamari, sautéed green beans, beef lo mein, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken.

The calamari was light, crispy, and tender — not greasy at all. The green beans were perfectly cooked with a great garlic kick, and the orange chicken struck a nice balance between sweet, tangy, and crispy.

The beef lo mein was the only dish that fell a bit short for us — it tasted a bit watered down and lacked the depth of flavor we were hoping for.

That said, the kung pao chicken totally stole the show. It was bold, just the right amount of spicy, and had the perfect crunch from the peanuts. Easily our favorite of the bunch and something we’d order again without hesitation.

Overall, great experience with Chi Dynasty — flavorful, fresh food and generous portions. Definitely worth a try!

A lot of the food just didn't have flavor, I'm not sure why they don't use much or maybe just the wrong kind. People are nice enough and parking wasn't hard. I wanted to like it more. Hope they can up the game a bit more.

Always and forever my favorite Szechuan and Cantonese restaurant in Los Angeles. The food is spectacular and Jonathan is the most excellent host.

Parking: There are three restaurants in the area so the parking lot stays packed the street parking is difficult because it’s a residential area and when you think you have a spot it’s someone’s driveway.

This was an amazing place to hang out with friends and family and enjoy some of the tastiest comforting Chinese food that Los Angeles has to offer! The orange chicken, Szechuan beef, chicken salad and seafood lettuce cups were absolutely amazing. Not to mention Alex the bartender poured some very tasty Mai Tais that put us all in a pretty good mood to be honest with you! We finished the night with some green tea ice cream with walnuts and one more Mai Tai for the road (figuratively not literally, come on guys we Ubered)! I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Los Angeles looking for a great atmosphere, a great waitstaff, great Chinese food and a memory that you'll never forget!

The chef is the best here. Don't stop anywhere else, this space is to die for. Phenomenal in every way! I ordered the szechuan eggplant dish and the Chinese vegetable soup! Soulfully wholesome, gave me a euphoric joy in my intestines!

Vegetarian options: Vegan options as well and many to choose from!

Loved the food here and super fast service. Specially their kung pao chicken. The empty plates shows it all.
