Today my mom wanted chicken noodle soup. And I wanted a Cobb salad. We really enjoyed our lunch today! The soup was delicious and hot! While, my salad was crunchy, delicious and fresh!

Terrible customer service tonight. Many youngsters these days have PPE customer service. I purchased two gift cards tonight and the employees just handed me the gift cards. I asked for the gift card holder and they did not put the gift cards inside, but just handed them to me. I ask them to put inside for me because I couldn’t figure how to do it. When I put inside it would just fall out. The cashier told me that’s how it goes. I said that does not make sense. I asked for the manager and even the manager could not figure it out…the gift cards slide out. It’s no wonder why the workers act so nonchalant because the managers do not model the appropriate behavior and they are at the same level. I’m so sick of terrible customer service. Ugh

Normally I am happy with the establishment but this time around I am disappointed. First I asked for chick fila sauce and when I got home all they gave me was ketchup. Second, I ordered the 12piece combo with a frozen lemonade and got charged an extra $3.00 which I don’t understand since the combo comes with a drink. The substitution should not be that much. Then on top paying $19 for a combo they have the nerves to charge me an additional $.10 for a paper bag. Next time just hand me my food in my hand.
