I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place since everyone knows what they’re getting , and that’s the beauty of these big franchises.
However it’s worth it in this occasion for a particular team member called Jonathan. He very pleasantly greeted me and when talking I mentioned it was my first time in the states and Chick Fil A. He was so helpful in talking me through all the options on the menu, even tailoring his recommendations to what I liked, after asking me. I work in luxury hospitality and that is the kind of stuff we expect from our team, Jonathan is an absolute asset! Served around 8-9pm on 14/05.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. My food was fresh, my service was incredibly friendly, and as a Canadian I felt that this was a great part of my visit. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

I order through the mobile app for pick up and I want to wash my hands. I ask the security for the code, but he was so mean to me even though I ordered something. They should can someone else.
Bread was stale. Chicken tasted like rubber. Very weird texture had to spit it out. Server was polite.

I was denied a cup holder for a drink while doing a delivery today for this restaurant. I ended up spilling the drinking. Thanks for petty service guys 🤏 cup holders should be a necessity while delivering food to others. How would you feel if someone had to touch your entire drink with their dirty hands?

A conveniently located Chick-fil-A in downtown.
All the dining options you would expect at any other Chick-fil-A. Food taste delicious and to the same expectations.
The dining area is rather small. Few tables (mostly bar style and one large community table). Yet the dining area feel somewhat bigger because of the rather high ceiling.
Unfortunately, you can't get away fort that unique downtown L.A. smell. The stench carries to the dining area and into the restroom facilities.
Staff is wonderfully nice. Ivy was our counter server and helped us nicely. Our tables were cleaned (wiped down) when we requested.
