I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place since everyone knows what they’re getting , and that’s the beauty of these big franchises.
However it’s worth it in this occasion for a particular team member called Jonathan. He very pleasantly greeted me and when talking I mentioned it was my first time in the states and Chick Fil A. He was so helpful in talking me through all the options on the menu, even tailoring his recommendations to what I liked, after asking me. I work in luxury hospitality and that is the kind of stuff we expect from our team, Jonathan is an absolute asset! Served around 8-9pm on 14/05.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. My food was fresh, my service was incredibly friendly, and as a Canadian I felt that this was a great part of my visit. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

I order through the mobile app for pick up and I want to wash my hands. I ask the security for the code, but he was so mean to me even though I ordered something. They should can someone else.

Bread was stale. Chicken tasted like rubber. Very weird texture had to spit it out. Server was polite.
