They are at the top bar for friendliness and guest service! Every food establishments should strive to be like Chick-fil-A. Reminds me of the way Nordstrom used to be and used to known for. (Not so much anymore, Nordstrom, be more like Chick-fil-A, again!)

8/27/2025 at 9:17 am. My little brother and I pulled up for breakfast and the girl at the drive thru (with glasses, hispanic) gave us attitude for no reason.

She handed us our meal, and didn’t hand us our orange juice. My brother kindly asked for the orange juice, and she immediately snapped at him “Like I repeat” and proceeded to repeat the order despite not having mentioned or handed the juice in the first place. Then rolled her eyes.

Disappointing man, y’all pay them too much for this kind of service. And chic fil a is supposed to have better standards mang.

Went to order drive thru that experience was fine but when exiting it was a nightmare. The flow of traffic is very odd. The entrance and exit is at a very tight spot. Security guard was very unprofessional and was trying to make me exit in that tight space and was not directing traffic. I was not going to scratch my car because of this. Highly unprofessional and not the chick fil a customer service standard. It was a security vendor but horrible attitude. Management please take a look at the flow of traffic it’s very bad and not safe

This has to be the worst drive thru design of any fast food establishment, ever. You enter through an alley. If you miss the alleyway entrance, you have to circle around the block on a busy LA street. If you enter the alleyway by accident, there’s no turning back. It’s like chic fil a also owns the alleyway 😂

Anyway food was good and service was great. Still one star for the worst drive thru in existence.

I’ve been eating at Chick-fil-A for years—probably since they first opened—and I have to say, Steven and Andrea gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were genuinely friendly, warm, and helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they truly love what they do and take real pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my order and that I felt welcomed.

Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but Steven and Andrea really take it to the next level. They made my visit memorable, and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

Staff here are so nice! I had hard time working the chick fil a app and the manager guy (I’m assuming cause he is older and was doing all kind of things including register/cleaning/ customer care) was very patient with me with my order and the staff was very nice when I asked for refills. She knew I was coming for refills from afar with an eye contact and knew exactly what I wanted. Def want to come inside and eat in again!

Cierra was awesome! She’s always so happy and smiling. Not to mention, offering new items that I haven’t tried. It’s very rare when you find customer service and a smiling face! She really has all the intangibles. Please promote her ASAP! This is the best customer service I’ve received all 2025!!!! Kudos to whoever trained her and hired. They all need a raise. Nice job chic fil a!!!!!
