Everytime I go to the drive through they forget something. Do not go to this Chick Fil A, there are much more competent locations in the area.
They forget food I paid for so often; I wonder is this cost saving theft?

A few of my orders did have mistakes. This is the location closes to me. Service is hit or miss but always great when ordering with the folks standing in the drive thru.

What a terrible place. Chick-fil-a can be good sometimes but not when you come here at this specific location. The service here is terrible. Everyone is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They dont know how to treat their customers. They just yell out your name and walk away and never give you your order until you've been waiting there for another 15 minutes. There's this one lady that has blonde hair that just throws your bag of food at you and grabs the bag as if she's crushing the food. Usually chick fil a workers treat their customers with respect, I have never encountered a chick fil a where their workers are rude. Hopefully chick fil a hires workers that want to work and know some common human decency instead of having people like her, or else you'll start to lose your customers.

It was a great experience the customer service was the best they were so kind to me and daughter and offered us free samples of the NEW Pretzel sandwiches. It was so good 10/10 recommend this place for your families on a Sunday afternoon.
