I come to this restaurant at least two or three times a week. The food is always spot on clean healthy well prepared. The staff is always well trained, very professional and always top-notch today while going through the drive-through I was greeted by a lovely lady named Kathy who I’ve seen working here. She was always extremely attentive and extremely kind and very thorough and taking your order Chick-fil-A definitely exceeds all other fast food establishments and it’s not just fast food. It’s actually quality healthy food that is viable for your family to come and enjoy
Vegetarian options: Plenty of salads and veggie options
Dietary restrictions: You can modify your sandwiches in your meals. They have plenty of salads if you need to have a bit more healthy of a meal and they do have grilled chicken not only fried.
Parking: There is ample amount of parking at least 40 spaces or more
Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid, friendly location
Wheelchair accessibility: They definitely have a wheelchair ramp that gives you ease and Access to the restaurant, a nice place to come and disable people are more than welcome.

Once I found a long strand of hair in my fries. I contacted them but never got a response. They obviously don't care. Staff are very robotic with their memorized lines. I pulled up to the drive thru one night and there were 3 of them chatting. The guy said we'll be right with you and goes back to chatting. I was amazed at his behavior, the clear lack of respect. Here was an example truly of not giving a care in the world!! And then you get the "my pleasure" line at the end LOL what a joke!!!

The fact that this location is in Hollywood and it's so clean and the service was so quick? I was impressed. Even the bathroom was clean. Very good experience.
Nothing special but the place smelt like dog poop. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said it must be the smell of the mop and they "need a new one". So you're telling me the restaurant is being cleaned with a dog poop smelling mop? Gross
Parking: It's a tight spot with a bunch of people walking around and drivers that do not know how to drive.
I go often because my grandson loves macaroni cheese
