Quick, friendly and clean. I was in and out in about 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. This whole place looked and felt clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered and our food was ready quickly despite there being about 6 cars ahead of us. Our food was fresh and our order was accurate, overall great experience for a quick meal.
Natalie was super friendly and welcoming, the food took awhile however they definitely made up for it with my desert! (i don’t mind waiting i have no where to be) but i love how considerate they are, they have an awesome team! my food was hot & super yummy thank you!

My biggest gripe was that on 2 different occasions I was charged twice for my pickup order so now I just go in person instead of the drive through and I never prepay anymore. Also, the waffle fries I got with my chicken sandwich combo were literally soft, but salted perfectly lol (luckily I was taking it home so a couple minutes in the air fryer brought them back to life. Besides that, amazing service, clean environment, and personable workers who were very kind and respectful. I have been here about 10 times and the food is always delicious.Parking: Usually 5 or 6 open spots available at all times, free parking.

All the locations of chik fill a have good customer service, but not this location. This location you try to walk to the front to ask for condiments. The employees walk away from you without even acknowledging you. Then you go to the restroom and it's always filthy. From all the chik fil a I have visited this one is the worst.

So I’m sharing this experience because the end result, I did not get my food in three crewmembers argue with me in the window and make me late for work. I think the Sunjoy drinks are over priced especially for the two sizes they offer and they only give you a small or extra small with a cup full of ice, so I ordered a lemonade and ask for a splash of the peach flavor on top of my lemonade, which has been done before otherwise I would not have asked for it. The person who took my order Jeremiah I was very clear with him, and he said OK well I got to the window.Alexis proceeded to tell me that they cannot do that and was prepared to hand me a small Sunjoy I told her that’s not what I ordered and explain to her the same thing I tell Jeremiah and she proceeded to argue with me and by this time, I already asked for a refund I told them to keep all the food and just give me a refund only for her to go get Bradley and Juan who proceeded to tell me the same thing over after I have already asked for a refund and resulted in me being late for work. This was the worst experience ever especially with Chick-fil-A being so accommodating. This was the one time they let the ball drop it so frustrating because this is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A but I I can do without Chick-fil-A

guy at the register took my order wrong for been talking with his coworker. i received my order and left and half way going home my kids noticed no straw. no sauce. no napkins.
Bad customer service. I don’t give any star. Staff don’t attend delivery drivers. Bunches of bags of food getting cold. They treat delivery drivers with not respect.
