Stopped at LAX on a layover during travels. Team member Sebastian was a G. Very kind and respectful. Tables and seating area were dirty, but that's not on Chick-fil-A staff. Everything was made perfect to order.
This Chick-fil-A location has the most friendly and attentive staff I’ve ever encountered. Dina, in particular, was incredibly sweet and attentive with me. The entire team is fantastic, and I commend the manager for their exceptional leadership :)
Nice food, but terrible service. There were three counter clerk, two of them are literally standing there do nothing. We and other customers in the line had been waiting for 5 minutes, and no one served us. Those two clerks just stand and chat, and watched the other clerk busy handling everything. Ridiculous
