Forgot to put my hash browns in the bag on my delivery order today. Last week, my sandwich arrived cold, with a dried out, hard fried chicken patty.

Avoid this place at all costs. This is not your regular Chick fil a, because this is actually a cloud kitchen. Cloud kitchens are pretty much scams. This is not a physical Chick fil a so you will not get the same satisfaction as a regular chick fil a. Cloud kitchens are a scam.
