Apparently you just sit down and wait for someone to notice you showed up to get something to eat. I sat down for 25 minutes and even asked a waiter how this works they said to just sit and wait for them to get to me. No line no idea whose turn is. If I was hanging out all evening, then it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but when you have a flight to catch, this seems to be a very ridiculous way to serve food. Don’t bother going to this place if you’re hungry and in a hurry. Delayed or canceled flights need only apply to me. Food service in this manner is unacceptable and will not merit a return visit.

The sides were very cheap maybe below cafeteria level. The dark me combo for 25 dollars is really just two tenders but they aren’t upfront about it. I suggest you have a beer and leave. 32 dollars for two tenders and the biscuit was a brick!

Possibly the worst service in my 58 years of life. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. 10 more minutes for a drink to get to us and another 20 to get food. Yup, 45 min to get our food. Not what there advertising says. LAX prices and food was good k at best. I hope you have a better experience. We won’t be back.

As with similar reviews, the was the worst part of the experience. Ordered the catfish sandwich and it tasted old and out of season. Thought I would like the rosemary tots and truffle ketchup, but it wasn’t for me. Soda was watered down, serving size of tots were small, sandwich was huge, but I’ve tasted better catfish at Popeyes. $37 with 18% included tip

Save yourselves! Ordered chicken and waffles - chicken was double burnt fried and after peeling the breading, there was barely any meat. Tater tots were delicious however.

Who ever said this was the best food ever needs to come down south to eat. I hadn’t eaten anything and had a 4 hr layover here at lax airport and decided to come here since this Ludas spot.. The meal I got was two wings and sides. The Mac n cheese is a huge no. Do yall not make the cheese sauce?? The greens has too much vinegar and garlic?? Like where are the ham hocks that supposed to be in the greens to give it flavor.. this chicken was bland. No seasoning at All. I thought everyone has Tony’s seasoning.. I had seasoning brung to me which could’ve been use on the chicken. Just so I could fix it up. For a little of 30 bucks this is a farce!! The best thing here are the biscuits!!! And shout out to the amazing waitress I had.. I was fooled by the presentation for sure 🤣. It didn’t taste how it looked. Lastly it was supposed to be a wing plate but I got one wing and a thigh maybe.

It’s a no for me. It’s a no for you! The food is overpriced, not good, and they don’t take military discount! Never again! You’ve been warned. Ludacris should NOT approve! The pictures look better than what it actually is. Don’t be deceived.

Expensive for what you get, and is honestly pretty average food. Anyone charging over 5 dollars for soda is a red flag. I would say it's only about 12 ounces of actual soda in lots of ice, maybe even less. Also, charges gratuity tips without any mentions until you are forced to pay. No, just no. Make this tip thing illegal, please. Do yourself a favor and just take the 10 minute or so walk to Chick Fil A or Panda. Or anywhere else. They getting that juicy forced tip money, and it shows. Avoid this place.

We had a layover here and decided to try this out since it was near our gate and it sounded like it was going to be good. Did not realize it was the restaurant owned by Ludacris until after we ate our meal. This was beyond disappointing. We both ordered a Fried Chicken Honey Butter Biscuit, $19 each. The menu says it is served with peach jam and grits or rosemary tots, we both chose the tots. The chicken was small mostly battered chewy bits I had to cut off, not hot or fresh, the biscuit was dry, honey butter was more butter and only on the outside of the biscuit, there was no peach jam but a container of Smucker’s strawberry jam was provided, and those tots had zero rosemary and they were stuck together in a giant tot-wad. Chicken +Beer was extremely disappointing. Maybe it was because it was the location in the airport…? We could give them the benefit of the doubt.🤷🏻♀️ The service was not great either. We sat ourselves as per the signage, and waited for almost 5 minutes before someone asked us if we wanted a drink and brought us a menu. There were several servers walking around and hanging out by the kitchen chatting, so it was not lack of personnel. When we were ready to leave it took us waving down our server to inform him we wanted the check. We probably should have sat at the bar since that is where the staff was hanging out and those customers were given more attention than those sitting at tables. I cannot recommend based on my experience.
