The atmosphere is pretty much what you’d expect from an in Airport restaurant. The chicken was extremely hard to cut with the breading. The waiter had forgot to bring me my drink I ordered, and it took around 12 minutes to be seen in the first place, despite a small crowd. The waffles were so dry they cracked like crackers when I cut them. The waitress was at least really sweet and did all she could. Had an hour to kill before my flight home, not a lot to choose from in this part of LAX, and they don't need it if Chicken + Beer keep this up. Great chopped salad, asked to add a chicken breast (always ordering off menu) and they were happy to oblige. The bar tender was fun and attentive. Will come again!
Overall, the service was nice. My server was very respectful and friendly, but the food is very mediocre. The mac & cheese is cold and not seasoned, the Yams aren’t fully cooked and have plenty of sugar, which is making it nastier and dryer than what should’ve been anticipated and the chicken is overly fried. If it wasn’t for the customer service I would definitely give this place a zero. Too expensive for such small serving
