Do not support this business! They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I SPENT ABOUT $40 ON ME AND MY BABY MEAL WE COULD NOT EVEN EAT BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TO SPICY!! AND HAD CHEESE ON THE BEANS, ETC. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NO DAIRY/ CHEESE!! WE WERE TRAVELERS FORCED TO THROW AWAY BOTH MY MONEY AND FOOD BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE US OR PROVIDE A REFUND! THEY EXPECTED US TO INCONVENIENCE OURSELVES AGAIN AND COME BACK TO THE RESTAURANT! EVEN THOUGH WE COULDN'T BECAUSE WE TRAVELED AND WAS NOT LOCAL! I was willing to provide every supporting document or information to support my ever detail but they did not care or consider our situation. We had to go hours without eating then had to spend more money. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! And DISGUSTED!!Vegetarian options: Off options but don't carefully prepare the dishes.Kid-friendliness: Extremely spicy dishes! Not children friendly and in some cases not bearable for adults either. (Like our order)

Honestly, this place is good. Now I'm speaking as a vegetarian so if their meat isn't good, do not come for me. They have good portions and very tasty food and my favorite part is the salsa's. Would like for the salsa portion to be a bit more but over all I will order food from here again.

My first visit and I loved the very friendly employees. I had a problem with my daughter's food but they were very friendly and attentive and they solved the problem. My son asked when we will return because he loved their burritos.Good job to everyone at this place, a great team

They are a total rip-off! Stay away from this location. They advertise a two taco deal which includes a can soda for $9.99. If you buy two tacos by themselves and a soda by itself, the total amount comes to $9.00 (go figure-where is the deal)? This is done with all their so called advertised deals. This is called "bait and switch" and is against the law.

I love Chile Verde. It's one of my faves but this time the ground beef in my tacos were cold. Very disappointing When you spend $10 to $15 on a platter of food only to bite into cold meat. Better luck next

One of the best hard shell taco's for shredded beef I've found in LA. Amazingly friendly, polite, and chill staff that even sing along to their fav songs and make the environment relaxed and non-imposing. Priced right for the quality of meat and value of lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. I highly recommend

Bomb always good chunky beef burrito w rice beans cheese guacamole w enchilada sauce on top. Luv the carnitas soft tacos cheese enchiladas and the hard shell chicken taco bomb chicken taquitos bomb. They also have a really good salad

"Absolutely terrible customer service! They charged me for my son's birthday order, which was picked up by an unknown person. When I approached them with my concern, they not only refused to give me a refund but also declined to replace the order, despite providing them with my ID, card used for payment, and email verification. Their response was to 'call your bank and go somewhere else.' As a veteran, I expected better treatment, and their handling of this situation was disrespectful and careless. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment, as they treat customers and veterans' hard-earned money like trash."
