Chimmelier is a restaurant known for its delicious Korean fried chicken, with locations in Koreatown and on Melrose. The food is amazing and scrumptious, featuring tender, moist, and juicy chicken. Popular dishes include the K-Chicken Burger, which is a favorite with solid flavor and a perfect kick, the honey chicken, the OMFG popcorn chicken, and the Nurungji Tongdak whole rotisserie chicken. Other excellent options are the K-Wings, chicken tenders, shrimp toast, kimchi fried rice, and buldak ramen. The soy garlic sauce is highly recommended. The restaurant offers a warm, inviting, and gorgeous interior with colorful decor, an old school throwback energy, and great vibes with nice music. It is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The customer service is excellent, friendly, accommodating, and helpful, with genuine smiles. They have interior and some outside sidewalk seating. The Melrose location is a fantastic hidden gem, making delicious Korean fried chicken easy to get without going to K-Town. It is a great experience and definitely worth checking out.
