Stopped by Chimmelier’s new Melrose location and tried a few things. We got the Shrimp Toast, K-Chicken Burger, K-Wings, Nurungji Tongdak (Whole Chicken), and Kimchi Fried Rice. The K-Chicken Burger was probably my favorite — really solid flavor with the perfect amount of kick. The Nurungji Tongdak was also really good; they’re definitely more known for the fried chicken, but the whole rotisserie chicken held up. What a hidden gem on Melrose! Delicious tender fried chicken, I got the shrimp toast and chicken tenders- it was so delicious! You need to try the soy garlic sauce, it's fire

I love this place. I was first introduced to them when I visited their location in Koreatown. The chicken and the shrimp toast were delicious. When I heard they opened a location on Melrose I was super excited. Now one of my favorite dishes is the Kimchi fried rice. Really delicious. The honey chicken is my other go to dish. I always take it to go, but they do have interior seating and a couple of tables on the sidewalk outside their door. They finally got their liquor license...
