The orange chicken was really salty! Never had such a salty orange chicken. The service is slow. Other places serve as you order. Not this place! They take your order then continue to do other stuff and then serve your plate

There customer service is horrible. There is no problem solving. They do not have food ready and always say 3 more minutes. Although in low income community, customer service should not be low class

Terrible customer service skills from both women that work at the front. They pick and choose who to up prices on depending on race. I have been frequently visiting this location for the 10 piece chicken nugget only the original price was $6.00 for the 10 piece nugget only I go this time they tried to charge me more than the normal price for the nuggets only would be. But currently they tried to force me to buy the nugget meal rather than the 10 piece nugget only if I was to have to get the 10 piece only it would came up to the same price for the meal. I asked why is it still coming up to that price for the meal when I only want nuggets he tells me it doesn’t matter you might as well get the combo because we have to charge you the same price as the combo. I believe that there racist to African Americans and Mixed People.

I love their wings but have to be careful, because they'll try to give you room temperature wings. So I always order fresh wings. I rated the service 3 🌟 because they ALWAYS trying me with them room temperature wings. But OVERALL fresh chicken makes it all better. Hell, the chicken is delicious.

The food sits so long out the orange chicken meet is had and black and is separated from the crust which is soft and gummy , i couldn’t eat the food due to the extreme low quality which put me in concern for my health . I asked the attendant to remake to remake the orange chicken due to concerns of health hazard he said no . I left the food there and went to a more sanitary health friendly place that can have the rotten chicken.
