Had a horrible experience although food was good. Twice they served me the wrong order and by the time I got my correct dish everyone else in my party had long finished. They did nothing to compensate for the mistakes

Chinchikurin is a casual restaurant that offers delicious Beef Okonomiyaki with Japanese mayo and green onions. The portions are huge, easily serving 3 people. Customers enjoy the flavorful layers of the okonomiyaki, with options like spicy GOAM and Hiroshima style. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, with a video playing to teach diners how to cut and eat the dish. It's a great spot to enjoy with friends, especially during less busy times like Monday evenings.
Recent customers praise the welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff who explain the menu items well. Many have changed their opinion about okonomiyaki after trying Hiroshima style, especially when ordered crispy for the texture. The restaurant also features pancake-like noodle dishes layered with veggies and proteins, which are fresh and tasty. Dishes are recommended to be shared, as they are about the size of a small personal pizza and come with various combinations of beef, pork, squid, cheese, and basil. The soupless spicy tan tan men is also popular, with many handling level four spice easily. Some customers note that gyoza is not available. The service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance remains fun and casual. Customers enjoy the good selection of entrees and refreshing drinks like Sapporo draft, making it a place they look forward to returning to.
