Great okonomiyaki! One of the orders was delayed but the servers were so kind and professional, I didn’t even mind. Will come back.

I came here with my friends for a birthday dinner after wanting to try okonomiyaki for the past 8 years. I was not disappointed by my friends recommendation for the spicy goam. I will admit the flavor tapers off towards the end of the meal and there isn't a ton of protein in the dishes. You can get the pancakes with a crispy or normal bottom, go for crispy. The sauce is a little overwhelming for the order I had but the other dishes are definitely equally promising without as much sauce. I also ordered a green tea highball, would not recommend it but I'm sure the other highballs taste fine. Staff was friendly and portions were decently large. Coming back so more of my friends could try it for sure.
Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian portion of the menu which looking at it would not taste that different from the dishes with meat in them.
Dietary restrictions: Seafood and pork is very prevalent
Parking: I usually park on a back street or the big parking structure a blockaway that is attached to the Marshalls and Daikokuya.

All I can say is this place is a MUST! I came here because there was a 3 hour wait list at the place I originally wanted to go to. This little gem was a few doors over and I’m so glad I decided to stay.

This is a great group or date spot. The okonomiyaki is exactly like the best Japanese street food in Hiroshima. Taste is identical.. Great fun to watch them make. Loaded Kaisen was super.
Add toppings.. Make it your own. The Tsukemon was really good too. Great spot.. Festive too. Save room for dessert at wanderlust or beard papa.. It's right there and rounds out a super date or dinner or lunch with friends.

Interesting different Okinomiyaki flavors to try that are popular in Japan and in LA. Decent prices but not very cheap compared to some other spots. The highlight is sitting at the open griddle and watching them make it right in front of you.

VEGAN FOOD IS NOT VEGAN. Went in a group with someone who has religious food restrictions. After our (rudely rushed) ordering the waitress told us that they cook their vegetarian/vegan food on the same grill as their meat, and use the same spatula. This was after we’d already ordered and we’re ready to eat.
Other than this, the food was good but the staff was unhelpful and rude.

got Hiroshima crispy noodle. noodle was more than crispy... it was big thick noodle snack. ikaten and pork was too taugh to chew. portion is smaller side. I'll rather make this my self than paying $20...

Food was great! Not the most extensive menu, focuses mostly on Okonomiyaki. Still, great spot!
