This is probably one of the worst managed Chipotles I’ve been too. I see a long line out the door, two people actually working and 4 people in the back standing around and chatting. There is no sense of urgency or really an attitude of getting work done leading to poor customer service.There’s inventory (chip boxes, trays, cooking utensils) sitting out in the customer area.I waited 30 minutes after the forecasted pick up time for my online order just to be wrong. There is a higher priority for walk-ins rather than online orders. I would have gotten my food faster if I just walked in. The same person who is making the online orders is the only one working the register leading to a big slow down trying to juggle both.What is the point of making an online order only for my food to be 30 minutes late?

The female employee with red hair and glasses was completely unfriendly.Asian women are treated as invisible. racist itself. A man with a broken personality. I went to the counter to pick up the food I ordered online, but when he saw me, he suddenly pretended to be busy and snooped around the kitchen. After waiting for a while, the staff who prepared the food finally took care of it. After reading past reviews, I have a good idea of what kind of person he is.

Chipotle has been consistently good at every chain spot that they have.I ordered a salad bowl greens, grilled vegetables, no rice, no beans, half chicken, half beef, light sour cream, light cheese, and finished off guacamole. It was delicious and a good dinner to keep me filled.I’d definitely come back to this spot again when I need a quick bite. Parking is limited to street or paid parking at a lot nearby.

This place is the bomb and it’s just like you’d expect chipotle. Is everything right the same way every time that big fat burritos bowls all kinds of things you want have made anyway you want with everything that’s on there nothing at all you had a skinless burrito you or a little rice bowl burrito you have a chicken burrito you have it all it. Good place to go downtown LA.
