Beware of food quality issues.Had Sofrita bowl delivered and it had rain pieces of meat in it.The rice was so overcooked, it was mush.I just don’t trust food safety and protocols are being followed at this location. It’s a shame. Management should do better!

Stay away from this chipotle at all costs!!!! I can’t even count the times that they claimed that they are “out“ of specific food items when in reality they obviously just don’t want to do their jobs. If you are not happy with where you’re at, change it. This chipotle sucks every time!

I just stopped by to get something to eat and some lady told me the system was down she wasn’t taking any orders. After 2 minutes a couple walks in…as a miracle the system was working right. I don’t know why she didn’t wanted to help me. But honestly I didn’t wanted to be a Karen a cause a drama. I preferred to find another place where to eat.Lazy people. ??

Ok ok, y'all Know I'm real stingy with my starts!!But this has to be the best chipotle I've ever had in La today.. it was so so delicious reminds me of back in the day when chipotle took pride in their food! The chicken was good the rice was perfectly cooked. The service was great.. the food line was clean. Im impressed KEEP IT UP!! :)

I ordered from this chipotle on door dash and this is the "guac" they sent me a hard half of an avocado... like what is this. I just know whoever did this knew it was wrong. Disappointing.

Came here for lunch today! Couldn't go wrong with the soft chicken tacos! I usually get the chicken rice salsa. Cheese and and sour extra cream. Gotta ask for extra because they usually are skimpy with their sour cream. Food was good tasted fresh and they were really fast even with a line I will be back soon. The ambiance was great no problems at all.Chicken Burrito was amazing

Poor customer service at this location. I was ignored by both staff while standing at the beginning of the tortilla press. They were talking amongst themselves concerned with everything else but someone waiting. I finally said Hi how are you and without even looking at me the guy with the glasses just curtly said we'll be right with you. After a bit he then asked what I wanted and the first thing was rice. They were out and he asked if I'd wait 5 minutes. Sure. It was less than a 5 minute wait and he, pretty dismissively beckons me over with just a look. He made my order and the woman who checked me out also couldn't care less. I was providing better customer service while greeting them and saying thank you as I left.

These fools try to discourage people from ordering starting at 9 even though they close at 10. They stack up the tables, close curtains and pretend they’re closed. They’re rude and they ignore hoping you’ll leave.
Supposed to be open until 10pm but by 9pm they let all their food run out & don’t prepare any more.

This is the best Chipotle in the area. I actually live closer to two other Chipotles but the food quality and staff at this location is worth the extra time.Orders through the app are quick and always ready. The restaurant is very clean.Parking can be a bit tricky with the random "valet" in the lot, blocking some spots.
