Racist employees, Okay food.
I came in to pick up my food that was ordered via mobile order. I see two guys standing around doing nothing, smirking, and ignoring me (I'm Asian). As soon as a white dude lines up behind me, they address him instead of me. I literally had to wave and raise my voice to get my food because they acted like I'm not even there. I go to Chipotle all the time and this is unacceptable. Chipotle need to hire better. I didn't have the time to make a fuss and deal with them but I might be pursuing further actions when I have time.

This locations is in need of tlc. The workers lacked care and struggled to maintain quality service. The location is filthy and often unstocked with chipotle’s main ingredients I.e. rice. Wish the energy and upkeep were better! 😔🫶🏼

Unfortunately, the service was slow, the staff seemed unmotivated and rude, and the location was not well-maintained. I’m sharing this in hopes that improvements can be made.

Whoever is cooking the brisket is cooking it way too long. It is always burnt to a crisp and useless.

The manager and the people are working there were trying to serve me a cold leftover small pieces of chicken, the grill was so gross and not clean. Very rude and disrespectful. You can’t get people poisoned then be sorry, this place must be reported to the food authorities.

This is probably one of the worst chipotles in the Hollywood area. A bunch of careless teens that don’t want to be there.

Second time I visit this place in the past year. Why is it that both times they have no ice? Besides that, the portions are smaller then any other chipotle. The guy serving put a spoon of meat then took some out, twice. Then added a little more. Is a few little pieces of meat that critical to them? I understand they have to serve a certain amount per costumer but once you put it in my plate I think that's mine already. It just looks bad to go into the plate to get a few pieces of meat.
