I go in here 4 times a week and they can have 6 to 7 people working and the service is slow and horrible, they will ignore you while waiting in line to finish there conversations (not about work) the customer ahead of me left and got frustrated, I yelled out if anyone is working and finally 1 person helped....There is a tall guy (Kawika) there long hair and dyed blondish...he is the only one doing multiple things while others stand around ...this place needs to be visited by a district manager or have a secret shopper to see the crews performance.

The music was so freaking load I couldn’t even place my order and had to order to go even though I wanted to eat at the restaurant.
It seemed as if there was no manager and the employees were just throwing a party. Very poor service

This place is always severely understaffed and it takes forever to get a burrito bowl. I came one time and there was only one guy making the burritos and running the register so he had to do the whole line by himself and then take his gloves off to ring people up and then come back with new gloves every time. They should really just put more staff members here or make sure that the staff members are working efficiently enough.

The portions are ridiculously small. I had to ask for more rice, and it was still less than in any other Chipotle. The rice was all sticky. You can get noodles in Toi, only four blocks away for the same price, but the portion will be much bigger. There are plenty of other restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Restaurantji Recommends
Management was kind enough to donate the whole menu to Weingart shelter for Women.
Thank You so Much,

This is consistently the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. I've been many times because it's close to where I live. I'm typically there between 5-7pm, (the dinner rush), and never once have I seen more than one visible employee. That's one employee making all the orders, being the cashier, doing everything. They are also very reliably out of many items during the dinner rush. Typically they're out of white rice and the honey chicken. I'd sure like to try the honey chicken if it was ever available. Oh and one time, I did see a second employee come out from the back carrying some of the empty tins that they keep the food in, he dropped them on the floor, picked them up, put them on the counter and USED them without washing them. I witnessed all of this while waiting in line 15 minutes for a burrito. This location needs a new manager BADLY.

This is my closest location so I order here a lot and it’s consistently sub par. The portions are always much smaller than other locations and the staff seem particularly disgruntled. Probably not the staff’s fault because it’s across the board so I’m assuming the franchise owner/management isn’t great. It works in a pinch but definitely worth to go to another location if you can.
