Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with customer service on this location: 7660 W Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA***Thursday March 28, 2024***I went in today like 35 mins before they were closing... As soon as we entered you could tell they weren't very happy we were there and even waited a little for them to come take our order. A latino staff member on the heavier side with tattoos on his arms started taking my order, he had a very angsty demeanor and it felt as if he was rushing me, which I understood in part because perhaps they were getting ready to close and tired.. The problem was when I noticed that the scoop of chicken he gave me was less than a full scoop, so I politely asked him if it would be possible to put just a little more to complete the scoop. But his response was "it's gonna be extra bro". I then said to him that all I was wanting was to make sure I got a full portion, that I wasn't wanting double portion, and mentioned (politely) that generally, I've observed in the past that the staff just put a little more if the first scoop wasn't really full, without you even asking for it. He then pushed back and said "nah, man if you want more it's extra". I was a bit in surprised with his response and tone, because it's a very normal and fair request from a customer, yet he is acting as if I'm trying to get away with something, and it was almost like he was enjoying this power trip.I decided to not argue, so I just told him I disagreed and didn't want the bowl anymore and left the place. I figured why leave my money there.. we drove to the one on Wilshire Blvd right after that, and we noticed they made sure I had enough chicken without me even asking for it. They were so nice there and we had an excellent evening!I'm almost sure I've had a similar experience with this same person in the past (I should've gotten his name), yet in spite of the reviews, they keep hiring people who act like they couldn't care less about their job or are in the wrong type of job... It's so sad to see. I finally decided I'm just not coming back there again. There are other Chipotles with nicer staff. :)

Not sure what to rate it as it's much more reasonable in person than online. Online they consistently give significantly smaller portions, to the point that it really isn't a full meal (can only speak for the bowls). Never had issues walking in though. I don't know why it's like this.

I was mistreated by your employee, "Juan" – he is a cook. He called me "bro" multiple times, even when I asked him not to. He had a rude and challenging attitude towards me when I was talking to the store manager about the missing items in the restaurant.This store is always dirty and missing items. The manager seems not to care about this issue. It has happened to me three times that I come here, and there is no chicken. Because of this, I had to get another type of protein, which is always more expensive. I end up spending more just because the manager doesn’t know how to place orders correctly and in a timely manner.I didn’t complain the first nor the second time, but today I had to. This is going beyond normal. You'll start losing customers. I'm not coming here anymore.

This Sunset Blvd. location has management issues. The hours show they open at 10:30am however the last few times I’ve been there they can’t seem to manage to get the restaurant ready before 11am. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks.

Food was fine, even though they were out of black beans I didn’t throw a fit like a lot of these whiny babies in the reviews who have clearly never had to face any inconveniences. I said okay and moved on. I don’t expect much from fast food, I know what these workers are making and going through and I certainly wouldn’t care either for $16 an hour ?? If you want chipotle get chipotle, but some of these other reviews are crazyyyy. Fully bullying the workers on a platform they know that they can’t respond on, go say how dull and useless they are to their face and off the clock. i bet it would be silent.
