Staff is often rude. Like today, when the woman paid no attention to my order, gave me dirty looks, and when I rasied my hand to correct her she told me I could not raise my hand over the glass...it didn't even go over the glass, I was just raising it so I could get her attention. It's chipotle, so you can expect good food, but not good service. I wanted white rice with my order, and the refill was made and sitting behind the counter. The woman up front said I had to wait for someone to place it up front, so I waited in line. After the white rice was made available, she ignored me even though I was in front of her, serving people that were behind me. Eventually she told me I needed to go to the back of the line.
