Horrendous service. Completely ignored my request for the vinaigrette and tortilla even after saying it 3 times. I would 100% recommend going to Gogobop down the street instead.
a disaster, let's first talk about the employee who served me (Monday 2 (april) at 7:50 p.m.) who is nonchalant, she was s rapins the tomato tray while there was only water left, I had to ask her to change it... she didn't heat my wrap, there were no peppers and all the meat trays were empty. The burritos were tiny and weren't rolled well. So it was very unpleasant to eat. The icing on the cake is that it was dirty, very dirty, the trash cans were overflowing with waste, I will obviously not be coming back.
I felt like a dog being served slop. First, I had to ask for a lid for my food. No one greets you upon entering the establishment. I had to wait 6 minutes for veggies because I wanted a serving. The servings are less than the amount you should receive because there are too many people at this location, and they want to keep the line moving. I went to pick up a fork, and the container was filthy.
I didn't go to business school, but I assume saving less than a dollar in food by serving laughable portions and having clients not come back ever again isn't the most profitable of approaches. On the other hand, could be some of the workers who clearly don't want to be there and want to spread their misery by underserving university kids who just want a regular, nutritious meal. Either or, I won't be coming back to this Chipotle.
I ordered online to this Chipotle. The app told me to expect my order at 7:20. I went to pick it up at 7:20. The lady at the cash register said it would take a few minutes to be ready. I waited until 7:45. Still hadnt gotten my order. I asked her again. She said she'd look in the back and once she came back she informed me that someone else had taken my order. She said they would remake it and she did. I got my order at 7:50, 30 minutes after my order was said to be ready. I drive back home ready to eat the meal and see that my order is completely wrong. I had ordered a veggie bowl (I'm vegetarian) and my order had a full serving of chicken. I have to drive back to Chipotle and tell them to remake my order. Neither of the two people at the counter seem to be sorry. The whole process took an hour.
I really wish I could leave a 0. Without failure every time they mess something up. Just go to Cava next door or drive to another location please.
Employees here are almost always rude. Came in at 8 pm (3 hours before closing), and they were out of rice and chicken. I asked how long until it would be ready, they said they weren’t making more. Came in at 2pm, out of rice again. Also, this location is always understaffed. Truly a horrible location.
In placed my order via the app. Once I got there I still waited 10 mins for my food. The chicken was cold as if it was in the fridge. Employees are rude and seem like they don’t want to be there!! The store is absolutely filthy the tables full of crumbs. I don’t recommend this Chipotle!!
So slow… u literally see workers just letting one person do the work. Maybe shes training but to me seems like an excuse to be lazy. Work on this please.
Horrible serving. Paid for extra chicken didn’t get the extra chicken and missed the veggies on the online order. Bowl should be around 24oz with the specific toppings I added

Worst Chipotle! Always runs out of everything. Management is awful.
Super nice people but they run out of at least 1 or 2 items daily.
Here now on Monday during lunch and there is only one (1) person who is working the food and she is also working the cash register… to be clear… only one person working… line is out the door…. Who can wait for 30 min for is auto be “quick service” food…. I am leaving
Horrible Service, specifically from the person working at the front on 02/23/2025 10:40AM. He not only didn’t follow protocol and kept rolling his eyes at me when i asked for a bit of extra rice since he gave me HALF a scoop as they were running out (I’m sorry am I not paying the same price?), he also forgot to ask me if I would like any protein or any salsa causing me to forget to ask for my usual chicken in my bowl. As a result, he charged me for a veggie bowl which is the SAME price as a chicken bowl (9.50). Once I found out, I went back and asked if he could just give me a bowl of chicken on the side since it was the same amount so I could add it to the bowl. He began to get very frustrated and slammed into the chicken container and gave me THE TINIEST amount of chicken in a cup as I show in the picture attached. I usually love Chipotle, but this was completely unnecessary and such rude service and behavior. I expect better. Not only ruined my morning, just completely shocked me at the lack of empathy for respectful customers. I worked in the fast-food chain especially a busy one (Starbucks) so I completely understand if a customer is being rude and you don’t want to be treated that way, but I greeted him, said thank you, and apologized for the inconvenience. He should be fired or reevaluated immediately.
Came across one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered in my life. Very ignorant and rude when I simply requested to use the restroom after paying $16+ for a burrito, chips, and a Mexican sprite. Not to mention this kid rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to speak up. I have been having trouble hearing as of late and I have been experiencing problems with my ears.
The punk who worked the counter on Saturday, 02-15-2025 at approximately 12:30 PM has no business working in customer service.
