My partner and I waited 45- 50 minutes at this chipotle for a pickup order we placed for ourselves. That is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time and was handled EXTREMELY poorly and unprofessional! We are only 3 minutes away from this location. Our order was marked ready at 6:00pm even. We arrived at 6:05 maybe 6:10 the latest. Went up to the counter and our order wasn’t ready, cashier said “Looks like we are still working on it” by 6:20 we go up again to check on our order … still nothing. A lead or other worker with glasses comes from the back and we mention we are still waiting for an order and says he will start working on it, that they are busy and will have it out in 5 minutes. At least 10 minutes goes by and the worker returns. I go up and ask if the order under the name we placed is ready yet. And he hadn’t worked on it like he had mentioned. We were then waiting again. My partner and I were picking up food 1 hour before hour movie showtime. This really was unprofessional and unacceptable. We missed a chunk of our film and to top it off we did not get all the toppings we both asked for. The people doing walk in orders were placing an order quickly and left under 5 minutes. While we were here for nearly an hour. This truly ruined our night. We were not offered a drink for our waiting just cluelessness from the poor staff at this location. I don’t recommend at all.

Westwood Chipotle was an absolute mess from start to finish.
The manager was openly rude—short, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that customers existed at all. No attempt to help, no apology for missing items or delays, just attitude and eye-rolling like basic service was a personal insult.
The restaurant itself was filthy. Tables sticky and unwiped, trash overflowing, floors dirty enough to crunch when you walked. It looked like no one had cleaned in hours, and no one cared.
Customer service was nonexistent. Staff acted irritated by simple orders, portions were skimpy, and asking any question felt like you were causing a problem. There was zero sense of accountability or pride—just chaos being passed off as normal.
I left without finishing my food and won’t be back. This wasn’t a bad day; it was a badly run location.

This location has a nice vibe, quiet. The employees seem to have better attitudes than the Culver City location.

Nothing is ready here waited 25 min for a chicken bowl and ther was only 5 ppl in the store 🫥🫥🫥
The mobile order I placed was not ready 30 minutes after the time listed on my order. I asked one of the workers and she said it likely was not ready yet but did not check to see if that was the case. I waited and mobile orders that were set to be ready 30 to 40 after my time were already on the pick up shelf. Only after i asked a second time did the worker go ask about my order. They said they had not started making it yet. It then took me about 20 more minutes to get my order. So overall I did not get my order until about 50 minutes later than I was supposed to.

Yalll should say that there is literally no parking around this store
Food was amazing. I got the chicken and carnitas bowl and it was full of flavor and massive portions. Corn, Pico, and guacamole top it all off. Customer service was amazing, especially from the tall Asian dude. Would come back.

I thought I’d be better off walking in and placing my order since they mess it up whenever I place it online, but doing it in person is just as irritating, especially when they are out of meat and veggies and then you have to repeat your order 3 times to three different people that are standing right beside one another…🤣🤣. Thought it was a joke until the girl in the middle got upset when I didn’t want to keep repeating myself.

I’m very disappointed with this Chipotle location. They are constantly out of chicken, which is unacceptable for such a big brand. Every time I come, there aren’t enough employees in the kitchen, so service is slow and customers are left waiting 20+ minutes in line. I’ve asked staff how it’s possible to run out of something as basic as chicken, but it keeps happening. This is unprofessional and honestly disgusting for a brand that’s supposed to be reliable , chicken undercooked and raw, which is a serious health concern.

Tay helped us this morning, she was the only person taking orders, prepping the orders and charging. It was early but she was doing her best. Really appreciate her
