Worst Chpotle I have ever tried. The steak was so hard I couldn’t even chew it. Chips were old and the soda didnt had gas anymore. I don’t recommend this place

Mum and I came here after landing in LA and strolling in Century City. We had never tried this so this was the first time, wow absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional and food was delicious ✨🥰 thank you so much

I was craving chipotle so bad and this is the closest to my job so I went in 40 min before closing time and there girl gave me this ugly look and said they were closed and I said but it’s still 40 min til closing time and she just gave me a blank stare so I just walked away.

Extremely rude and racist. My boyfriend forgot to get hot sauce so I went up to them to ask them for hot sauce and I kid you not the guy handed me two jars of trash and then his coworker this other guy started laughing. I have never in my life been so disrespected for absolutely no reason.

Extremely horrible customer service. Closed early at 8:30 for placing a quesadilla order. Regular customer that orders from here 3 times a week and extremely disappointing to receive such rude customer service and for a place to refuse orders long prior to closing. Never coming back to Chipotle.

Chipotle, you’ve lost me as customer for life, the fact your salsa; pico de gallo is made in store and varies dramatically daily, by store, by person making, by time of day, by ingredients added, etc. is appalling and ruins my meals more often than not. I’m no longer risking my gut health on your way of doing business. Make a change or kiss my $$$’s goodbye. App deleted.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in months due to my ongoing frustration with inconsistent portion sizes. After hearing others share similar complaints, I hoped things would be better and decided to give it another try yesterday.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member who served me (a short guy with a mustache and glasses) piled on the beans but hardly gave me any meat. When I asked for a little more meat, he responded as if I was asking for extra, when all I wanted was a fair portion. It felt like I was being served a bean burrito, not what’s advertised.

I mentioned to my friend that this is why I avoid Chipotle—the experience seems to depend entirely on who’s serving you. To make matters worse, they had already run out of cheese on a Saturday evening, which is hard to believe. The guacamole was brown and unappetizing, and they kept mixing it in an attempt to disguise it.

The staff member was rude to both me and my friend, accusing me of being cheap for simply asking for what I expected. Is this the customer service Chipotle prides itself on? I shouldn’t have to feel embarrassed or belittled for voicing my concerns. This reaction seemed overly personal and unnecessary.
Yesterday was my last straw. The food was so unappetizing that I ended up going to Chick-fil-A afterward. It’s not about the extra cost; it’s about honesty and delivering what you advertise. If it’s a chicken burrito, then please provide that—not a mountain of beans.

I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for your customers. Thank you.

The line moved slowly because they had one employee doing everything. The service was not good, they didn't greet or thank me. Their food prep area was dirty. The portions are small.
Update 10/02: they added employees, and the food prep area was clean. The service was still bad. They were rude and slow.
