There’s always a long line here and I normally pick up the food during the day for dinner before I pick up my kid from school. Since we’d have these dishes several hours later after pickup, I asked them to put the items of the bowl separately in a sectional container that they use for quesadillas, I wouldn’t want all the juicy items get mixed up and the food would get soggy and ruined after a few hours, but they refused to use the sectional containers for my bowls and got aggressive with me. They gave me the regular bowl container and I asked them not to mix up all the items and they would give me little portion as a half size of the regular order. What’s the difference in cost for a regular bowl container and a sectional container that they had to refuse my request and gave me bad quality of food and bad service??? After a few tries, I gave up the food and the service here. It’s not worth the long line and long drive around to find parking here.

Disgusting!Employees here do not give a shite.Don't drain the beans ew. 9/10s rice.Instead of placing the guac on the taco placed it on top of the shell so the shell turned to mush and fell apart.I have never had to throw away an entire Chipotle meal before until today.Might as well flush your money down the toilet.

I'm usually a big fan of Chipotle, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at 11:10am, right after they opened. There was just one person ahead of me in line, so I thought getting my food would be quick. However, the multiple employees behind the counter were ignoring all of the waiting customers. Instead, they were busy making huge bowls seemingly just for themselves, piling on ridiculous amounts of protein.After waiting for 7 minutes with a line piling up behind me, there was still only one employee interacting with customers. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a simple kid's quesadilla, which is normally $4.50. However, what I received after the long wait was a tiny quesadilla, with no protein, that they charged me $9.50 for! When I questioned the expensive price for such a small order, the employees just brushed me off, not even attempting to justify the cost.Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. The staff was completely dismissive and inattentive to customers. The service was painfully slow when there were ample employees who should have been serving. And when I finally received my food, it was incorrectly made and outrageously overpriced. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this location if this is the type of service and value I can expect. Next time, I'll take my business elsewhere.

By far the worst Chipotle experience I've had, and I eat Chipotle a lot.Their portions are very inconsistent. They give very little meat and guac compared to other locations.What made it worse, was the fajita veggies were half burnt, there were black marks all over and it gave a nasty burnt flavor to the whole bowl.There were also two hard pieces in my bowl, I assume it was from the avocados not being cleaned correctly

FoodAs expectedService Not good , however I can't even 100% blame the staff , this is a chipotle culture and I think they don't take care of there employees .I've complained a few times about them not just this location, but many locations and have found that the negative attitude are at most of them I truly think this must be a chipotle leader ship issue. I don't know if they don't pay their staff enough, and they're overworked, but if multiple locations are this bad, it's not the staff it's chipotles culture.I'm aware that sometimes customers can be annoying and complicated, but something has to change so that employees are happier .As of Dec 4th I have not heard back from business after reaching out and replying to the link . So I still recommend not coming here .

Jesus Christ staff your store appropriately. 1130' in the morning 10 people in line and you have 2 employees. They ignore the line to do online orders for people not even here. Get it together and stop overworking your people.

I usually have chipotle delivered from a different location. These people are absurd! There was one forkful of barbacoa, the onions and peppers were raw, barely any rice or beans, side of guac was 1/2 a container and the entire thing was cold! Seriously?

Service was okay but the food was simply not good. Rice was a little stale. In my experiences, Chipotle franchises tend to have a consistent taste, not this location unfortunately. I was last at this location in early 2020 maybe, and the taste is so different

The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and polite.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options available.Parking: There is a parking lot in the back, but it can fill up quickly during peak periods like lunch and dinner. There are a few parking spaces for the handicapped.Kid-friendliness: There are kids' meals, and the "dine-in" area is conducive to kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance from the parking lot in the back.
