I'm a DoorDash. They would not let me use the restroom. That's absurd.
I ordered delivery and only received half my order. Tried calling customer service and couldn't get a person on the phone, only a robot. Tried their online customer support TWICE and was unable to get any refund. Both agents closed the chat on me. Customer service at chipotle is some of the worst I have EVER seen.

Gotta remember to taste one of the chips before heading out the door because this is the second time I’ve ordered the chips and they’re just BEYOND STALE. It’s a real bummer!

Massive rip off. $18.50 for a burrito is highway robbery. Do yourself a favor and go to a real restaurant, cheaper and infinitely better food. This establishment should be ashamed of itself. No wonder the place was completely deserted. Doubt they will survive with these prices.

Big portions, great price, supposedly good ingredients but everything is really salty.
Apparently there were pieces of plastic in my bowl. I was in the middle of chewing my food and noticed something funky in my mouth. Spit it out and find pieces of plastic. I prolly already swallowed some as I felt some on the back of my mouth 🤢

The restaurant is ok. It’s not what it used to be. Food is ok. The area definitely looks worse…. Sunset & Alvarado .. it’s a no no… parking is very limited.

This is the kind of bowl I expect when paying the price that I do. It’s not skimpy. Also, Jenny gave excellent customer service.

Employees work very slowly and I don't know why when one works, the other stupidly stands, it doesn't help, if it helped, we would get our orders faster, do something about it
