While the quality, service, and kindness has declined at so many Chipotle locations the last few years, this one shines above the rest. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and this location is cleaner than most.

These guys put in the bare minimum, one scoop of rice and a half a scoop of chicken. We know your margins. Don’t be so stingy with portions. Friendly staff but tiny amount of food for cost.

Usually seemingly understaffed. With 10-15 minute wait time. Rice is hard and crunchy. Fajita veggies soggy. Frequently runs out of quacamole. Always new employees. I avoid this location, long wait and food is usually marginal.

Ordered 3 kids meals for pick up over the weekend. When my daughter went to pick it up she was told only 2 drinks were included. Don't all kids meals have a drink included? Upon checking my online order receipt, YES THEY DO. Parking is impossible here, I was parked in red while I waited for my daughter to walk down the block, didn't want her to walk back down the block for a kids beverage. But dang, do better next time. It literally almost seemed purposeful. Also they gave us 2 regular sized bag of chips, instead of 3 small children bags. Unusual. I've ordered online for pick up before and never had any issues, this was my first time picking up at this location. Stick to the Chipotle on 7th and Olive instead!

The food was good. The server was pretty rude and couldn't hear what I was saying even after I raised my voice. The atmosphere was pretty good it was a pretty short line, but they weren't serving people quick enough.

First meal after arriving in LA! It was very good as I had high expectations as it is a very famous franchise. Protein can be eaten half and half, so try a variety of different types. The portion size was large enough for 3 people to eat 1 bowl and 1 burrito to their fill.

This is a good Chipotle location. I'm picky about where I go, this one is a good one. Even during the lunch rush the customer service is good, friendly and the burritos are well made.

I often came here on my lunch break and always felt safe despite the iffy neighborhood. The corner is improving, with a new high rise being built by the Mayan club. The food never disappoints, and the staff are very friendly. Best of all, they handle long lines efficiently without lagging.
