The Ladera location food was better than Inglewood. However, the service is still slow. The recommendation is to have two people serving the food to move the line faster.

I try to give restaurants chances before doing a review. I think i don’t have any more chances to give. The service is consistently HORRIBLE. I don’t know if it’s age demographic of employees but it is and has always been horrible. Tonight after the rude employee messed up my bowl( to which i remained kind and didn’t ask them to remake it) she went to her coworker “anyways. What were you saying?” I think it’s time to hang up chipotle altogether for me.

Easily the worst Chipotle we’ve ever visited. Gave it a chance twice, both times me and my fiancé had ti throw away our bowls as the food was inedibly spicy! Different cuts each time too. Never again

I come here often and usually get the steak, which I enjoy without any issues—it’s never too spicy. However, last night I came in with my toddler and ordered a kids’ steak for her. She started crying after taking a bite, and I couldn’t figure out why. I tasted it myself and was shocked—it was extremely spicy, even for me! I went back the next day and spoke to an employee, who explained that this particular steak is one of their spicier options. They mentioned that the mild options are the carnitas and chicken, but honestly, I don’t think the steak should have been that spicy. It was comparable to the heat of their red sauce. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting that type of meat for kids, here.

Unfortunately, today’s experience wasn’t great. The food was very salty, and when I asked a question, the staff just looked at each other without answering me. The customer service wasn’t the best. However, I do want to mention that the Caucasian guy with a ponytail is really nice and always provides good service.

Chipotle in general, not just this location, and more specifically their ungrateful employees who are earning more than what their job is worth at are expense are very stingy.

I suppose they must be grateful to their employer, because they will fight you tooth and nail for a few chunks of chicken or steak if you ask for a little more.

It's embarrassing, because they'll either flat out say no or tell you it will be double the cost. If however you happen to get someone in a good mood, they'll throw in two or three chunks of protein, no more. Seriously.

I ordered a steak bowl that looks more like a salad with a bag of rice thrown in.

Even the chips are fewer and the queso less than before despite the fact that we are now geting charged significantly more in large part to subsidize this unfair and stupid fast food minimum wage law.

Total spent for this meal, almost $20.00 and without a drink.

Rice was crunchy; undercooked. Not worth me getting my food redone because when I tried a sample of the rice it was steamy cooked in one taste then the next bite I tasted grit hard in between cooked rice. So not all the rice is cooked thru. Measurements may be off perhaps. Maybe next time. Staff was nice
