Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle is actually one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I worked at Chipotle for 3 years, and I can tell you that this location is obviously failing in most areas. Let me tell you about my last 3 orders:

1. Ordered a bowl and drink for pickup, and was told it would be ready for pickup at 8:00pm. I arrived, couldn’t find any parking and didn’t get to the pickup window until 8:08pm. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I waited outside for 15 minutes, asked for an update and was told it was almost ready. I got my order at 8:22pm. When I got home, I realized they didn’t include my drink.

2. I ordered pickup. Arrived and was told my order was ready. Grabbed the sealed bag, went home and found out it was an entirely different order for someone with a not even remotely similar name.

3. I walked in tonight at 7:30pm and attempted to build a salad but they were out of the corn salsa and mild salsa, which threw off my order. I wanted some chips and queso, but they were also out of chips and queso. At 7:30pm on Tuesday when they are open until 10pm. They shouldn’t run out of multiple ingredients 2.5 hours before close on a typically slow day.

So, in summary, there’s no parking, they are extremely slow to prepare orders, they don’t thoroughly check the orders to ensure they include all items, they don’t thoroughly check names at order pick up lead leading to the chance that your order gets accidentally taken by someone else, or you get the wrong order. And they run out of ingredients hours before they close.

If you are still reading this and considering going to this specific chipotle location, just don’t say I didn’t try to warn you.

Staff is always really nice but anytime after 5pm something is not available, white rice, chicken, fajita etc… the later you go the more stuff is out.

Wow the slowest ‘fast food’ I’ve ever experienced. Went at 7.30pm there were four customers in front of me and it took 20 minutes until I had my food in hand. I don’t know how they cope during peak lunchtime hours. Confused about how it takes so long to throw some items in bowl or a wrap

All the table are very dirty, no one clean it up.

This location is always out of veggies and for some reason they refuse to make more and then tell you the only other vegetarian option is some tofu stuff I don’t actually like and costs more. Here’s a pro tip: make more veggies if people always order veggies. It’s not rocket science.

It’s a regular Chipotle as you’d find anywhere. This one is cleaner than the one I was at a few weeks ago, but don’t expect anything mind blowing from a fast pod chain.

The staff needs to clean dirty tables, though.
