This location ALWAYS runs out of veggies by 5pm. It’s very annoying.
The lady at the end of the line here cheaps out on cheese and lettuce. They just ignore you if you ask for more lettuce, even though it’s the healthiest part of the meal. Bad. No one goes to Chipotle for a cheap out meal. Also, the entry door is broken on one side and the tables outside are filthy (even though it was early in the lunch hour). Additionally, receipts don’t say anything about points, so you have no way of knowing whether they have been recorded or not. This might be a university franchise job here, but whatever it is it sucks.

Food is usually burnt or undercooked somehow. Some staff are super friendly, others are not so much.
The food tasted like all Chipotles. The restaurant area was pretty clean. The service could have been friendlier. But this place delivers what you expect from Chipotle

I am glad I found this place. Very clean and their team was friendly. Right next to Hyatt House. Thank you for making a challenging time better.

They forgot my chips and guac :(. I even went back to the pickup window and they reassured me it was all in the order. At the end of the day, Follow your intuition y'all. : )
Disappointed by Deception at Chipotle
I typically enjoy Chipotle, but my recent experience left a bitter taste — and not from the food.
I walked into the location ready to grab a quick meal, only to be told that several key ingredients were unavailable. Disappointed but understanding, I stepped aside to figure out another option. Out of curiosity, I checked the app — and to my surprise, every single item I was told was out was available for online orders.
Frustrated, I placed an order online, waited longer than I should have, and watched as other digital orders — with the very ingredients I was denied — were made without issue.
The worst part? This wasn’t a shortage. It was a lie. Whether they were understaffed or trying to manage flow, it doesn’t excuse misleading a walk-in customer. I was standing right there, willing to pay, and was essentially told “no” while the system said “yes.”
As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fair service — not to be pushed aside just because I didn’t use the app. Chipotle, if you’re going to prioritize digital orders, at least be honest with your in-store customers. Respect is part of the experience too.

I had a terrible experience at a chipotle in Torrance. The food tasted like water and air, PLAIN with not season at all. It was disgusting!! I can’t remember the guys name at this specific location I’m writing the review for but he was so nice, the meat was well seasoned, my bowl was extremely tasty, and the restaurant was super clean.

Items were missing from my order. I ordered a kids meal and they only gave me the sides not the entree, no utensils or napkins. Very disappointed with my order
