I dint order after waiting in line for almost 15 minutes. I ended up leaving because the people in front were taking forever and there was only 1 person fixing burritos. There's also only standing room. No seats. No tables.

sloppy male staff puts bowl together -- meat touches the fajita pepper tongs. They might as well use the same tongs for everything.

No vegetarian options thanks to sloppy staff.

Got a burrito today, guy making my burrito looked like it he had no idea what he was doing. Got steak as a protein got 7 cubes of steak, and rest is rice. Wouldn’t recommend this location to not even a homeless

I’ve never had so many burritos taste so bad. It’s either an off flavor in the chicken or rice and the chicken is always funky. They always drag my food through the food on the table as they make it and will have random sauces on my burrito. Not to mention a work writing on my tortilla w sharpie because he poked it through the foil and still gave it to me!! I keep giving this Chipotle so many chances and they are always disappointing 😭 Just pick a different location

Gotta be the most stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever been too. If you want some chicken they only going to give you only 5 pieces of chicken. On the dead homies i’m not lying they gave me 5 piece of chicken! If you ask for more they will look at you like you crazy and charge you double.

Manager Alex and front line Walter are the BEST people around. Always so nice, helpful, and welcoming. This is by far the best chipotle in the state solely because of these 2. The entire crew is great but these two go above and beyond!

The food and service at this Chipotle are above par meeting most if not all expectations. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself is designed largely for delivery and to-go orders, as evidenced by the fact that the entrance is a little tricky to find in the back. Further, the "tables" (more like tiny makeshift counters) are really challenging to eat at in large part because of the limited space and the lack of seating options. Further, I didn't notice any trash cans inside to throw away my packaging after I was done eating although there's a public LA Metro provided trash at the bus shelter right outside. Perhaps the restaurant should be redesignated accordingly (and clarify their makeshift arrangement to allow for "dine-in".

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables available and there's a sofritas protein option. It'd be nicer to have more choice but this is still better than many other fast food and fast casual spots in the area.

Parking: Short-term parking for quick pickups is available along with nearby paid street parking on both Adams and Hoover with a few free spots available further down.

Kid-friendliness: It is not a kid-friendly place... Period!

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself can be accessed by wheelchair or mobility device but the doors aren't easily maneuverable normally leave alone on a wheelchair or mobility device.
