I can’t believe how hilariously awful this specific store is.

This place has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The parking situation is a complete joke — the back is always packed with cars, yet somehow the restaurant is empty. Make it make sense.

I parked on the side of the building without blocking anyone, and some rude employee immediately comes out telling me to move. I calmly explain I’m not blocking anything. Meanwhile, a huge truck pulls up and actually blocks everything, another car double parks, both drivers walk in for lunch — and suddenly the employee is blind, knowing damn well she didn’t say a word to them. Funny how that works.

The hypocrisy is unreal.

On top of that, the place is dirty, the staff is rude as hell, and the whole operation feels unprofessional and poorly managed. If you’re going to treat customers like trash, at least be consistent about it.

This location doesn’t deserve anyone’s money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else — because this Chipotle clearly doesn’t care

Amazing staff!! They helped me out when another Chipotle miserably failed to do so. I appreciate the late Wednesday night team on 12/10!

Went into this chipotle about 9pm today and they ran out of steak, queso, and grilled veggies. I asked and they confirmed too. Started getting my chicken bowl ready and then to find out they also ran out of guacamole. By this point I was over it and didn’t end up wanting a bowl. So many key ingredients I usually order were not available so I left empty handed.

I got three tacos. Didn't have time for pictures because I went in quick. This place was clean and friendly. The food was a 4/5 needing a bit more flavor.

But the salsa and pico were spot on! Will try again soon!

It was filthy, no tp; asked cashier and given a roll to which I left it aLot better than found it!

Terrible food quality- regular chicken is soggy, counters are dirty. They are always understaffed.

Horrible service, both mobile ordering and ordering at the counter takes forever

One of the nicer Chipotle’s I’ve been too. Small but the employees here are kind and efficient.

Gave me enough chicken in my bowl for a small cat. Absolutely ridiculous

I come here frequently because it's the closest Chipotle to me but honestly it might be worth it to drive across LA for a different one. This Chipotle often is out of ingredients at like 5pm -- cheese and steak are the most frequent.

Today they charged me for an additional food item that I did not get. This place needs new management or something.

They give up 2 hours before closing. They never have anything stocked.
