They give up 2 hours before closing. They never have anything stocked.

Went 2.5 hrs before closing and they were out of chicken, beef and pork - basically no meat left, no pico de gallo, only 1 sauce. Asked if they had more in the back, server gave me attitude and said they were done cooking for the day. Then tried to overcharge me for the half scoop of meat they did give me. Worst experience at chipotle I’ve ever had. Don’t go here!

I usually don't take my time and write, but today, I will make an exception. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle! On 08/26/2024 in LA, the staff was inattentive the young lady who served us was totally uninterested in doing her job she just tossed the ingredients in the bowls and on the tacos. I had to actually fix them up when I got home. When I asked for dressing for the salads I was coldly informed that they did not have any, no i am sorry nothing. Very poor customer service. My family told me I should have just left the restaurant and perhaps I should have.

Pricier than any other chipotle, stingey portions, no straws. Do I need to say more?

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. You are invisible to the staff. They will sit in the back doing anything except helping you. Getting a pickup order takes longer than standing in line and them making your food. The food is subpar. Going to the drive through window is like a ghost town. You have to knock several times before anyone comes to the window. I have never had to knock on a drive through window before.

The serving of meat is the edge of the spoon. Less than a quarter of the serving spoon is the meat serving size

Worst location ever, the employees really don’t care about customer waiting for over 5 minutes meanwhile they are having conversation in the kitchen. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

In all other chipolte restaurants, I paid for the glass and poured any drink. It usually cost 10-12 dollars. At this restaurant I paid 15 dollars (I always order the same thing), paid for a glass, but was not allowed to pour a Coca-Cola. I have two questions: 1) Why do different chipolte restaurants have different prices for the same order?
2) Why wasn't I allowed to pour a Coca-Cola here even though I paid $15, for the order that in other cipolli restaurants costs 10-12 dollars??

Don’t know because couldn’t park. It’s in a residential neighborhood and every single parking spot is for carry out orders. Like every single one. Seems like you’d reserve at least three spots for customers that may actually want to sit down and eat. Clearly they do t want people to come here to do that. Don’t bother if you want to sit down for lunch.

Not a real restaurant or Chipotle, really. You know those ghost kitchens on Doordash called Numero Uno Pizza or whatever and it’s actually the back alley of a Chuck E. Cheese? This is like that but a Chipotle. It exists for rich people to demand poor people bring them food without having to wait a few more minutes. The food is really bad too, definitely not up to the standards of a national chain.
