i just had lunch at chipotle today 7/18/25 and i found stuff in my food that wasn't eatable twice. the first time i showed the employyess and just asked for a new one to be made but once i got the second one that was made over the same stuff was in my food again and all i got was a sorry and supposly a refund back on my card that is not even in my account yet they state it will take a couple days im upset because now im going back to work without eating lunch the portions are lower and the cost is higher and i just spent money on food that had noneatable stuff it. im wondering how many others is eating what i found in my food today twice. not happy very unacceptable and now im at work hungry .....signed breanna

Came in during normal business hours and the employee stated they were out of everything and couldn’t serve us. Bummer 🤦‍♂️ I think they were just trying to close up early. SMH

I ordered through UberEats just now and I’m very upset. I opened the packaging and felt that the bowl was super light. It turns out there was barely any rice or meat on there. The cilantro and rice mixed with the Barbacoa was also a lot more sour than usual. I’ve been looking forward to the order and I spent money on it so this is very disappointing . I’ve worked in the fast food industry before so I know how exhausting it can get but this is not the way to deliver customer service. I really hope management will do something about these lazy employees. Don’t stay at the job if you hate it. Don’t go ruining other people’s day just because you hate your job.

Clean, orderly dining room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who seem to genuinely care. Two team members assisted with my online order, which was ready ahead of schedule. Ivan promptly answered my customization question with no hassle. Great job, Ivan and team!

I’ve always loved this location, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend it after experiencing food poisoning last night. I noticed the lettuce looked off and the meats appeared like they had been sitting out for a while—I regret not speaking up at the time. Sadly, this experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope management takes food safety seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

The service was extremely poor. The food order was ready when I arrived, but she did not even check it before informing me that the food was not ready to be picked up. Consequently, I had to return to the line, waiting another 10 minutes. Considering this was her first day, I fully understand. The store manager's handling of the customer was unprofessional. The store manager should consider improving their customer service skills. I will never return to this location.

Not even one star for the worst experience! I’m not surprised this location has so many bad reviews. I also reported them to corporate today—this is the third time they’ve messed up my order.

I walked in and saw a male cashier and a female employee, but neither of them acknowledged the customers waiting. Another woman was also standing there, ignored.

I ordered extra guac with my bowl, but when I checked, the container was missing. The first thing they told me was that I didn’t order guac—seriously? If you're in customer service, the least you can do is check. When I showed them my receipt, they claimed they put it in the bowl. I could barely see it. the bowl potion is just looks like a half to compare with other chipotle—but main thing it’s about how they treat customers.

If you live near Larchmont or Koreatown, avoid this Chipotle location! Check the reviews—they have terrible customer service. Go to another Chipotle!

2 stars for 2 major issues: (1) DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP FROM HERE because they may give you so little meat. Although not every time, but it happened a few times. You won't find it out until you get back home and open the box. Tiny, little amount of meat like a leg of a fly. Just go in and order for to go. (2) Some employees have terrible attitude, even when they are not busy and you are being nice.

Smallest portion sizes I’ve ever experienced at chipotle. Had to ask for more rice because the server only gave me a sprinkle. The vinaigrettes had the amount of if you stood outside and caught rain in your hands for 10 seconds. Overall, servers weren’t welcoming and the small portion of food given to me was just not good.
