Reading recent reviews I was like ok I know this kind of chipotle, I'll go just entertain myself anyways. So they didn't have fajitas but charged me instead for guac without confirming at all. Before and after that I stopped her from putting in bag and told I'll be dining there, she confirmed and still put in the bag. So, honestly, as long as you come knowing you'll be "entertained" by random stuff like this, it's fine. I was expecting to be charged wrong from reviews and still almost missed it.

Unprofessional worker who don’t know what to do and how to work. placed an order for chicken quesadilla , Made an order without sides. I asked why and where were three more sides.employee was told that this was the entire order and there were no sides even even after I showed the page from the official website what my order looks like.

Personally, I prefer "Bhja Fresh," but Chipotle is good too. The food, however, is spicy hot even if you order mild or no spicy... interesting !

I was in the mood for Mexican for lunch today so I decided to go to chipotle on the corner of Larchmont and Beverly Blvds., since I was in the area. This is a relatively high-end neighborhood and I would expect the place to be spotless and the personnel to be welcoming as would be my expectation of any and all chipotle restaurants. WRONG!! This place was filthy. Floors were exceptionally dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The counter where you see the food you want to order was also unacceptably unclean and its appearance made my stomach turn. I looked at the attendant behind the glass partition and told her this place is not clean and also stated that it needed to be cleaned up and she did not respond and walked away from me so I walked out, fast, quick and in a hurry. Now I wonder if they even wash their hands. The food behind the glass partition also appeared dry as if it had been there a few days. I think this place needs better management all around or someone’s going to get sick from eating at this place. No bueno!

This place has the most ridiculous manager I have ever seen in my life. The human relations are very bad. I went there to eat. The tow truck towed my car while I was eating, and my car was never parked in the wrong place. It was parked in a normal location. Because I used to go there to eat all the time. However, I will never go to eat here again. Because this is it. It's run by a stupid manager and I got paid 500 dollars just because I ate there that day. I had to pay for a tow truck. For no reason, and when I explained the situation to the manager, he didn't even want to listen to me because I think he was involved in this and was getting a commission or something from the towing company because they were looking at each other and laughing.

One of the workers there, Nancy, was so rude and tried to charge me extra for things like sour cream when chipotle NEVER charges for sour cream. Avoid her.

Employees need to be trained on customer service skills. Ordered a chicken bowl.. was charged for barbacoa. Cashier wanted to open my bag/bowl to ensure that I wasn’t lying about ordering chicken. Was offered a drink or refund for the price difference. After being given my bag back with my bowl .. my chips were missing. Cashier then asked me for my receipt to prove I ordered chips and kept asking am I sure the chips are not in the bag that she REALLY-BAGGED after inspecting my order! Ridiculous

Food was really good as most other Chipotle locations. Service was very fast and straight forward. Servers don’t greet with a hello, but are very fast on getting what you want.Restrooms are locked here, so be sure to ask the front for a PIN code.Parking: Parking spots are very hard to find here, and spaces are mainly for compact cars only. Parking is also very poorly kept, so it smells and isn’t looked out for.

This place used to be amazing. I was a customer for years for this location now its so bad. Horrible customer service employees not fully trained for customer service and the food is disgusting not fully cooked overall horrible and dirty place so sad seeing it get this bad overall 0 stars not a friendly place rude employees
