Came in about 2 hours before closing not only did they not have sour cream they didn’t have the The one thing that I really wanted to get, which is The new Sauce that they’re making, and when I asked if that the very least can I just get sour cream from the back They said no I won’t be coming back here again and this is the reason why I stopped eating at this restaurant completely. The only reason why I came was to try that new sauce that they were making and again I understand that your minimum wage workers I understand that you guys wanna go home, but it’s literally Before closing and the tables are up seats are up the drinks stations closed. This is completely acceptable.

Terrible service. They only had a few Meats ready so instead, I opted for the veggie well they also didn’t have veggie ready. I asked him how long it would be and they said they just now started it. But they were so rude about it if you at least could’ve been polite about it, but I’m not sure why you open a restaurant when you don’t have any food prepared to serve customers

Please read the recent reviews!!! They have 1 person making everyone's food and they don't have half of their menu 4 hours before closing (this time it was no more cheese, guacamole, or sour cream and they were clearly running low on everything else). This is CLEARLY bad management, how do they expect 1 person to handle a line going outside the store?

Well to start off this was one of my favorite Chipotle until they denied me access to there restroom when purchasing something. This incident occurred on 10/05 at 10:03 they did let me know they where cleaning it and was permanently closed after that I am a pregnant woman which needed to use the restroom. I'll will be seeking legal actions. EMPLOYEE name is Leslie was extremely disrespectful, and spoke aggressively.

When its lunch hour, there's only one employee attending the customers and 4 other employees inside not helping her. Please schedule in more employees to help her.

The day I went in they were having technical difficulties with their system but the employees made the best effort to take orders and take cash transactions. Like always Chipotle has very delicious Mexican food I like very much being able to create my own burrito and add extra toppings or ingredients to it. I highly recommend it

Food was fine, but I wasn’t able to get my complete order because the manager ran out of inventory cleared for the day 3 hours before their scheduled close (shows lack of knowledge in clientele numbers during specific days in the week). I’ve worked food service before and know that you should have enough if not a surplus for your day to ensure a happy customer. The service was also lacking heavily. The manager and 2 younger ladies were working and had attitude towards me and other customers around for no reason. I still relived with thank you and please when asking for stuff because no one working customer service should be talked down to, but these ladies seemed absolutely miserable, manager included and were just awfully rude.

They have potential! The workers I've met were so great and the restaurant is clean. The problem has been the food. The rice was in my burrito bowls are big hard chunks, I've bitten into rotten tasting veggies, the protein portions are smaller than other locations sometimes and the bowls they put your food are super flimsy now.

Amazing Grace

I’m very dissapointed with this location . Whoever does the prep needs to ask for help to prep more ! How can yall not have guacamole, steak or white rice 3 hours before closing ! Last week it was tortilla chips & corn and today it’s that ! The manager needs to step it up with its team members . Also team members just stand there and talk with no care at all of cleaning the dining area or stocking up !! The soda area , mess ! I hope they do something about it .

Stood at the register waiting with no one acknowledging me, so I went up to the employee making food for the 1 person in line. She snapped at me to “give her a second”. Another employee eventually came out and gave me the code. I can’t imagine how bad of customer service she provides when there’s actually a line of customers.

Oh and tiny portions! Half the amount I got at a different chipotle last week.

Came in to buy some food for me and my lady and some rude employees laughed at our order and then proceeded to charge me someone elses order even when i had the completed transaction on my card statement, will be taken to small claims , thanks boys lol . Silly boys charging me someone else lunch lol that's why yall working at Chipotle

Dont bother coming here 1 hour before they close all they have is left overs. They had ran out of many meats, even beans and rice. They refused to bring out more meats and beans and rice. According to the manager they were about to close in 1 hour. So why is the restaurant even open if there not going to have the full menu just left overs!! So if you go 1 hour before they close half the staff is just cleaning because they want to go home, and 1 person is just selling whatever is left over from the day.
