I ordered Bowl today March 18 during the lunch time.

The guy who helped me ordering food was so Kind and friendly!

They were out of steak but server kindly recommended for me instead of the steak.

Clean and fresh dinning area and friendly staff, hope they have steak in stock next time!

Every time I come here, they run out of barbacoa. Of course, once it comes out, it is delicious which is why it is popular. I downgraded this because they should never allow a popular item to run out without backup ready. And when I asked when the next batch will be ready, I get shrugged shoulders. Also, the idiot manning the initial order took another customer who was behind me even though I was clearly waiting IN FRONT OF THE LINE because until that customer showed up, I was THE ONLY customer waiting. Yeah, I was ticked off, but I figured the poor server just wasn't bright. His communication skills were poor. Left the restaurant hungry after waiting more than a few minutes for barbacoa. Manager rarely looked up to help customers.

wait time was crazy around 10 mins line didn’t move an inch ,for them at the end to tell us there’s only carnitas ?? That’s so unprofessional and most of the guest left. Worst experience ever do better

I got Chipotle from this location on Saturday Feb. 1st. I got 2 bowls, and a kids meal. All 3 people in my family who ate this got food poisoning. I have never in my entire life had this level of food poisoning, at first I thought it was just me but after my kids started feeling sick and they also ate the Chipotle I knew it had in fact been the food. I have learned my lesson, no longer eating Chipotle again.

They close at 11 but at 10:10 they already shut their kitchen down. I work fast food and that’s just way too early to close a kitchen down typically they should be stocked until 10:30.

This location fails to keep their items stocked up! They are constantly out of their sides and proteins before 7 pm and they don’t close till 11. This has been an ongoing issue for years and it’s just annoying because this happens almost every single day. If you plan on getting chipotle after 5pm I wouldn’t go to this one!!!!

I ordered delivery and not only did they forget my side of guacamole (which they still charged me for), but my burrito and my friend's bowl were horrible due to crunchy undercooked rice. When I tried to get my money back online all they gave me was a thanks for giving them a review. I tried calling the store and the robot voice on the other end directed me to talk to the store directly. The line rang for minutes before hanging up.Twice. All I want is my money back or my food but I have neither. Terribly made food. Incorrect order. Horrible customer service. This is not the fault of the employees at this store, but the chipotle customer service system itself. I was unable to talk to a real person no matter how many different channels I went through.

After she was done with my bowl, I told her co worker that she put less guacamole. She proceeded by telling me that she wasn't the one who was serving me, so she doesn't care. This is so ridiculous.

The service is extremely slow. They always have about 5 to 6 workers, but most of the time, one person in the line. I understand others need to cook and whatnot, but standing in line for "fast food" for over 10 minutes is a bit ridiculous. The last 5 times I've come, it has been getting slower and slower. Prepar to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to place your order. The photos include one guy standing behind the line and another worker sweeping.... none on the line.

No matter how many times I get chipotle and from many branches they all do the same things !! The portions are sad just pathetic. Do I look like a bird that want a small tiny portion of protein ! I am not fan of veggies and things I am standard rice bean and meat cheese . Even if yu ask for more they always try to justify the portion sizes and there standards ! . It's very frustrating when Yu ask for half steak and half chicken they don't even give Yu full spoon fulls of the proteins !! Then when Yu tell them about it it's always an attitude or justify the reason like get the hell out of here with that
I hate to say but chipotle needs to find a better solution or get it together

What’s the point of staying open till 11 if you’re not even going to keep the ingredients stocked. No cheese or lettuce and other items available to make basic burrito ? Wasted my time coming here .
