Stood at the register waiting with no one acknowledging me, so I went up to the employee making food for the 1 person in line. She snapped at me to “give her a second”. Another employee eventually came out and gave me the code. I can’t imagine how bad of customer service she provides when there’s actually a line of customers.
Oh and tiny portions! Half the amount I got at a different chipotle last week.

Out of multiple meats beans and rice 2 hours before close and not making anymore is wild why not just close at 9??
Came in to buy some food for me and my lady and some rude employees laughed at our order and then proceeded to charge me someone elses order even when i had the completed transaction on my card statement, will be taken to small claims , thanks boys lol . Silly boys charging me someone else lunch lol that's why yall working at Chipotle

Dont bother coming here 1 hour before they close all they have is left overs. They had ran out of many meats, even beans and rice. They refused to bring out more meats and beans and rice. According to the manager they were about to close in 1 hour. So why is the restaurant even open if there not going to have the full menu just left overs!! So if you go 1 hour before they close half the staff is just cleaning because they want to go home, and 1 person is just selling whatever is left over from the day.

I don’t understand how this store can have one employee as a line cook and have so many customers waiting in line. I think is a shame that the one employee has to deal with all the pressure of having to serve 20 people that are all waiting. The energy that is felt by the customers waiting is so uneasy, and I hope that the store manager can do something about this…smh.

Is it me or does the amount of food you get at Chipotle vary from every trip? Every time I go it’s seems one time I get a ton of food stuffed into that bowl and the next time it barely comes above the rim of the bowl.

The guy who helped me ordering food was so Kind and friendly!
They were out of steak but server kindly recommended for me instead of the steak.
Clean and fresh dinning area and friendly staff, hope they have steak in stock next time!

Every time I come here, they run out of barbacoa. Of course, once it comes out, it is delicious which is why it is popular. I downgraded this because they should never allow a popular item to run out without backup ready. And when I asked when the next batch will be ready, I get shrugged shoulders. Also, the idiot manning the initial order took another customer who was behind me even though I was clearly waiting IN FRONT OF THE LINE because until that customer showed up, I was THE ONLY customer waiting. Yeah, I was ticked off, but I figured the poor server just wasn't bright. His communication skills were poor. Left the restaurant hungry after waiting more than a few minutes for barbacoa. Manager rarely looked up to help customers.

wait time was crazy around 10 mins line didn’t move an inch ,for them at the end to tell us there’s only carnitas ?? That’s so unprofessional and most of the guest left. Worst experience ever do better

I got Chipotle from this location on Saturday Feb. 1st. I got 2 bowls, and a kids meal. All 3 people in my family who ate this got food poisoning. I have never in my entire life had this level of food poisoning, at first I thought it was just me but after my kids started feeling sick and they also ate the Chipotle I knew it had in fact been the food. I have learned my lesson, no longer eating Chipotle again.

They close at 11 but at 10:10 they already shut their kitchen down. I work fast food and that’s just way too early to close a kitchen down typically they should be stocked until 10:30.
