Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't understand how this unit constantly fails to be ready for the lunch rush. They should everything cooked and the line fully stocked but they never do.

By 12pm they have only been open for an hour and a half so they aren't getting rushed early.

Be prepared to be disappointed if you are looking forward to something special or limited, like the honey chipotle chicken.

Don't place online order to pick up here. They skim on food. Barely any chicken in my burrito bowl. I've filed a complain with the company. This location is untrustworthy. Its sad.

Food quality was bad I went early in the morning I was supposing everything would be fresh. I was wrong and also grilled veggies boxes where about %10 full and tasted like if made prior day. Girls there seemed nice though .

My only complaint is how stingy they are with the food. No other chipolet monitors their portions like this chipolet

This is by far the dirtiest location I’ve been too!!! The cross contamination and the lack of hygiene here is so frustrating!! They don’t change their gloves after prepping one customer food to the next!! They use their gloves to knock the lettuces and excess food on the counters and prepare a quesadilla with the same gloves it’s just so dirty on the inside and that’s unfortunate because it’s so close to my house but I will drive elsewhere for a cleaner environment and healthier food!!

The lady on the line just let some lady cut 5 people for no reason, bad customer service, very slow, I only come here cause it’s close to my house, I don’t see how they are still operating. Is always only one person on the line, they should have enough workers, I’ve worked at chipotle for 2 years so I know what I am talking about

Great burritos, but they need more than one person making burritos! It's always a very slow process due to the fact that there's only one person helping customers at each station. Protein, condiments, and register.

Customer service is HORRIBLE if you’re out of an item please make it known instead of having people wait 15mins in line just to find out you guys ran out of an item as soon as they start ordering smh this location needs better management & training

It was yesterday, I visited Chipotle before they had advertised that national burritos day, they are giving buy one get one free. I approached the ordering counter, where an employee was taking orders. I asked her if they had a buy-one-get-one-free burrito deal that day. She was unsure, so she checked with her manager. The manager confirmed that the deal was available, but only for customers with Chipotle Rewards. Since I have rewards, they agreed to honor the deal.
I ordered two burritos, but when I went to pay at the register, they charged me full price. I asked the employees about the deal, but they both denied it, despite my having the rewards. They were rude and unhelpful, refusing to explain or offer a solution. When I asked if there was anything I needed to do in the rewards app, they didn't respond.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a box with a cover, they didn't provide it. I was frustrated because they had initially confirmed the deal, only to deny it later. If the deal wasn't available, they should have informed me before I placed my order.

Wish I could give 0 stars I’m not a fan a chipotle never have been & never understood the hype. Ate here and got food poisoning!!! Chipotle is known for this . I much rather go to cava . Food is fresh & yummy! Chipotle is not fresh & there known for having food poisoning and E coli. I only came cuz my aunt wanted it. But never again chipotle!!!
