I got kids meal and plate chicken.

They were out of fajita veggies by 5:30 PM. I'm already overpaying, why would I pay full price for an incomplete bowl. Completely unacceptable, especially how the staff was completely fine with it and acted like it was a common occurrence.

Walked in im only person in line took a cool Little sec to get greeted. She turned her back to me. Both her and the manager had little smirks and laughs on there face. All around just terrible service terrible food portion. The taste was horrible got the steak idk what dog food taste like but thats what it tasted like. I wish I was making this experience up but sadly im not. I keep giving this location a chance but no more ill just go out if ny way to the farmers market location. It sucks because I live right the street from this wilshire chipotle. Didn't even get asked if I wanted a trey to dine in. 12/03/2025 maybe around 5pm.

The food was great! I was in line for the Nightly concert at the El Rey Theater and The Manager Abraham brought my ring to me while I was still in line in front of the theater!!!! He's a Godsend !!!

Manager won’t honor member rewards even though it’s Chipotle’s own app that doesn’t work properly. Poor service. Not to mention this location the rice is usually oversalted

Honestly, this has been one of the WORST locations I've ever been to. The food is NASTY, and the service is terrible. My food was super salty, dry, and just terrible. The managers are the worst as they never attend to a customers concern. This is the 2nd time I come for pick up orders, and they had it wrong both time. When I complained, the manager gave me an unnecessary attitude and did not address my concern. I am writing this as I wait for my issue to be "escalated," but I have no hopes and will definitely not be coming back.

The pick-up wasn't ready when it was scheduled and the staff gave us one less drink than we ordered.

Vegetarian options: If you ordered a meal without meat then guacamole is free!

Dietary restrictions: It's like Subway "build your own" so if you have restrictions you can just choose not to add something. Most items have a little bit of a kick, since it is named after a spicy pepper.

Parking: We were lucky enough to find a meter on the street just next door but I'm sure some days those spots are difficult to find.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals options available.

Every sense the employees of fast food were given a raise to 20.00 per hour, they seem to work half as hard an really don't care about opening up on time. Worker's standing inside, hanging out and talking while customers are standing outside waiting for them to open. 10 minutes later, a girl show's up late for work and unlocked the door to open.

The food was horrible! My guacamole- avocados Come here weren’t even chopped up completely and hard! The food area wasn’t clean and the lobby wasn’t clean at all. A dude came in with his dogs to pickup food…should not be allowed Service was kool though
