Chitchat Coffee + Matcha

The coffee is decent but be prepared for the 'Gen Z Stare' from everyone working here. No hello, no smile, just a blank stare until you give them your order.

My favorite daily go-to for coffee and matcha :) their outdoor patio is the best neighborly area to sit and work and people watch!

The atmosphere and service were amazing just didn’t like the coffe at all.
I ordered the banana bread latte and it tasted nothing like banana and hardly had any sweetness. If you like coffee
i’d say not worth the $7. I would rate 3/10 bc it’s misleading.

Best coffee shop on Sawtelle blvd... Cold brew is excellent, pastries crush. Prices are much lower than the competition and some of the staff have good taste in music. ;) also super dog friendly. 10/10

Matcha latte with oat milk is very smooth. Iced matcha with strawberry macadamia nut milk is fragrant and yummy.

I’ve also tried their coffee with oat milk - also very good.

Some of the wateriest matcha I've ever had - very underwhelming. Got the strawberry matcha & the strawberry tasted very artificial - together with the matcha was overwhelmingly watery and an artificial sweetness. I read many good reviews before going so maybe it was a one-off; I came on a Saturday afternoon and their service was fast, but I was very disappointed!

Matcha cappuccino was HALF A CUP 😅 and it was just matcha with no milk flavor or sweetener. The rose matcha tasted just like rose water. Very disappointing. Prices weren’t cheap either.

Very cute shop to meet up with friends at or do some work. I was very underwhelmed by their matcha. The strawberry macadamia nut milk in my matcha was very yummy. But the matcha itself was very weak.

Friendly customer service, nice atmosphere.. its alittle tight space in there.. especially if the place has full of people sipping and talking , cool specialty coffee and matcha menu .. I would go back
