The service is horrible here, which makes the place miserable to be in. The man working at 11:15pm on March 30th is the rudest person ever. If you don't like your job don't work here - other people would be grateful for your job. Asked him to show me the m&m emojis because I'm wanting one for my mom, and he's like " you can see them yourself " all the emojis weren't the same, and there was a lot of them being blocked where I obviously couldn't see them . I'm like "I can't see them" and he just rolled his eyes. I've been a valuable customer here, but being treated like trash isn't even worth it. I'm tired of having a horrible experience and spending my hard earned money where people are so miserable with their lives they have to treat customers like trash . On top of that he gave me oat milk vs whole milk , and I can't even drink it. Will be reporting this to the bank. Get new workers, and maybe I'll come back. Otherwise unless you don't care about being treated like garbage don't come here.

I'm only judging by the samples. They were giving out a piece of waffle with some chocolate stuff on top. I immediately had to spit it out, for I thought it was like cardboard, so did my friend. They may have been sitting there all day. Very bad taste. We left.

This location is dirty, needs ALOT of touch-up and cleaning. I was holding off on giving it a bad review for the longest bc I feel bad bashing a small business but last night really proved they don't deserve the good rating. I've been coming here since it opened and it's gotten dirtier and dirtier. The owner is taking advantage of the younger clientele who come here. It's run by a group of foreign Indians who have no respect for customers or their business. The girl preparing my crepe had her belly resting on the countertop while she was making my order. Disgusting. I ordered an Arabic coffee and didn't realize it was different than a Turkish coffee, told the girl I didn't like it and wanted to exchange it, and she told me that the business owner asks them not to process returns. What world are you living in? We're not in 1990 Europe. This isn't the US in 1965. I've never been to a business who doesn't go out of their way to make the customer happy. I felt like I was in a foreign owned liquor store in the hood who doesn't want to make exchanges, and basically tells the customer hey F you, you bought it you better enjoy it, better luck next time. Will not return to this business until they make adjustments and I'm definitely disputing my charges I've never heard of such a stingy business. Stay away from this place at all costs. Go to Millet crepe down the street, it's way more delicious and their crepes actually taste like the ones you get in France. Chocolate Bash is a cheap attempt at creating desserts and definitely needs to up their game especially for the prices they are charging. Staff is extremely unpleasant and always seems to be rushed, and in turn rushing the customer to make a decision without taking the time to explain anything. However, my recent visit to that branch left me deeply disappointed and disheartened.Upon entering the establishment, I encountered a stark contrast to the warm and welcoming atmosphere I've come to expect from Chocolate Bash. Instead, I was met with hostility from an employee who seemed eager to engage in conflict without any provocation. Throughout my visit, I felt threatened, disrespected, and oppressed, subjected to unwarranted aggression and foul language.This behavior stands in stark contrast to the exemplary service I've received at other Chocolate Bash branches. In Irvine, Newport, San Diego, and Phoenix, I've always felt reassured and well-served, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my experience at that branch was anything but pleasant, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth.While I've enjoyed the delicious offerings at Chocolate Bash for quite some time, the treatment I received at that branch has left me questioning whether I will continue to patronize this establishment. It's disheartening to see such a disparity in customer service standards within the same franchise. We arrived 12:40 and there was nothing to serve for us i don’t know what’s the point of closing at 1:00.In addition, the waiter was so rude and raises.Overall, It was a very bad experience.

Went in and they didn't have anything. The hot plate wasn't working and the strawberries we had tasted like freezer. It was very quiet. Vacant actually. The young lady that tended to us was the only upside. Can't blame her for things not working out. So the 3 stars is for her service and kindness.

This place has horrible customer service, the dining area is filthy, the staff look like they’re in a different dimension, they tell you that your order won’t be ready for 30+ mins when there’s no one in the dining area, it’s just not worth going here. You’re better off getting some ice cream from Handel’s because it’s cheaper, they give you great portions of ice cream, and the staff are so nice. Forget this place. Don’t waste your time, money, and patience on this place.

The food was really good. The shop is a little small, but when my friend and I went, it wasn't very busy so it was okay. My friend didn't like her chocolate covered strawberry, she said the berry wasn't very sweet, the one I had was, I liked it. Omar, I believe, was our cashier and he was great. Friendly and helpful.
