Whenever my kids walk in, the carpet causes to make the room smell horrible! My kids don’t even want to come here anymore. I could barely even breathe here!.

The staff were great! My children love having their birthdays here because of the kind staff during the Bday celebrations. Plenty of parking and for the most part clean place. I will definitely continue to comeback here with my kids.

Chuck E Cheese is. . .Super fun! Super Safe! Super exciting for kids of every age! Try it at least once. You'll be pleased that you did. And so will the little ones that you bring with you. I believe you'll leave smiling.

Highly recommend this location, the Staff is very attentive and make sure that all things are being overlooked. The food does not take too long to come out and the games for the most part, all work.

I don't know why I tortured myself to come back a second time after a disaster back in February at my nieces birthday but it's the closest location around. We came in at 7:30 on a Saturday, there were 3 people in line to buy passes/food, but with only 2 employees at the counter it took about 10 minutes to be helped. We got two adventure passes and one dip n dots which came out to $47, then I got a $26 play card(there's a $2 card fee). The facility has a good variety of games but they skimp you out and charge your card when you aren't even able to play. For example I got charged 5 times for the skee ball machine but we only played twice and when we went to the counter to ask for our credit back it was as if I was asking for money back from the gentleman's personal bank account. I went through a litigation/interrogation process to get 5 credits back on the card, like why? The bathrooms are disgusting, urine all over the floors, toilet paper all over the floors stuck to the urine, the facility all around smells like feet. I will not be coming back to this location and will take my $70 elsewhere. Will say the dip n dots were yummy.

This review is for Ms. Melissa (working on 5/1/25). If we (as parents) could give you 10 stars, that's the rating we would give this place. Only because you were absolutely amazing to our children and made their first time the best experience! Thank you for explaining everything about the Fun Pass because it really encouraged us to get it. Your personality is great with the kids and both my children were very fond of you. But most of all, you were absolutely amazing for following up if my bet was okay because you witnessed him spit up his milk (due to the heat nothing related to the store). You were really paying attention and we appreciate it.

The food was absolutely amazing when it came out. Hot. Ingredients were evenly distributed. It was well made.

The place was very clean. The staff kept wiping things down. The staff even was sweeping the floor. It was clean CLEAN! Every single staff we encountered was very friendly and definitely helped us make the decision to have a family event in your store in a few weeks. Thank you and please keep your the good work.

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the workers, Mario, at this Chuck E. Cheese (Eagle Rock / Glendale area). He was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Every time he approached us, he spoke rudely and said, “You’re not allowed to do that,” without offering any explanation or showing a single sign or label.

My 2-year-old child simply tried to take something that was openly accessible to kids. Instead of kindly helping or guiding us, Mario kept interrupting us for different reasons and acted in a very unkind and unfriendly way.

If you’re a parent looking for a welcoming place for your child, I do not recommend this location. This kind of attitude ruins the experience for families.

Came for a birthday event. While waiting for a good amount of time for the food, decided to head to the salad bar since salad plates were also included in the package. I was given the wrong plate and got a bit of food from the bar and an older woman behind the bar told me I couldn't use regular plates for the salad bar. I wasn't given any chance to explain or to go get a salad plate to transfer the food since she asked me to hand over the plate which I did. It was then taken to the back which I'm assuming was to throw it away. I did come back with a salad plate to get food, but talk about wasteful. Won't be coming back or reserving again.
