Comfort Korean food, one of the best kimchi pancake and chicken soup in town. Loved the taste of the chicken soup very authentic. Their kimchi pancake was fair priced and tastes delicious! As for their army stew very authentic of the Korean street style. Their bibimbap was extremely tasty and a must order! A great healthy meal.

The budae-jjigae was delicious without being salty, and the side dishes were all delicious without being spicy!

The taste is very bland and rice is not crunchy for the rice in a hot stone. One of the worst taste I had among many Korean restaurants.

I’ve come back to this restaurant after coming long ago and can safely say the food and service is as great as it has always been. The atmosphere is very cozy and homey and I 100% recommend the bulgogi.

One of a k-town landmark restaurants that's been around for decades. Can't go wrong with any of the menus and it's my go-to place for budae-jjigae (Army stew or spicy casserole).

The food was delicious, but I gave it one star because of the waiter's attitude. No one added water to me, and no one came to ask if I needed help. No one noticed that I didn't have enough tissues. And when I had a nosebleed while eating and needed tissues in urgent need, no one paid attention to me. I had to hold my head up by myself. Get it on a shelf. It was such a bad service. I was refused when I asked to pay in cash and get some extra change. Moreover, the lunch cost about 70. The waitress asked me to leave a tip of 15-20. It was terrible. I don’t want to go there again. Got it

Having been to the city of 전주 within the year, I'm glad I got to compare the food here to what I had, and as much as I love being in Korea, this place is still up there. I had their 비빔밥 (Bibimbap), and my friends got a smorgasbord of food --so much we had to get an extra table to put it all down. And we cleaned house!
Got to talk to the owner, and she had this really chic fashion sense, it was pretty cool! She's originally from 서울, but purposefully went down to 전주 to learn how to cook there, and named this restaurant after the place she learned from. So cool! Her hard work shows. This place has been around since 1989, and still going strong!
