Everytime I go here I wait for 20+ minutes. It drives me crazy. I really don't know why I go. The food is OK but the wait is crazy. I swear I used the drive thru cause I saw I was only person here and first I wasn't treated till i said hello ( maybe 5 minutes just sitting there in silence) then after I order my food it took 5 minutes for them to take payment and 25 minutes to get my food. So 35 minutes for 6 wraps. Cmon man I should take this long

Your location on Broadway and 62nd st is the worst location I've visited.. I was in the drive thru window, After about 3 minutes of nobody acknowledging me I said anybody there ? The lady just responded with give me a minute. 5 minutes went buy and nothing. I ended up leaving your location. Lucky there's another location near by ( Figueroa/54th ) Huge difference. Great customer service there.

Mal servicio , avía un rótulo que se tenía que ordenar en la ventanilla así lo isimos pero esperamos casi 20 minutos y nadie nos tomaba la orden cuando por fin alguien se aserco a tomarnos la orden con mala cara como que regalándonos la comida estaba , si tiene un mal día no es mi culpa como para que la pague con migo lo comida muy rica pero mal servicio .
If I can I would leave no stars … rude employees and restrooms supposedly don’t work then where do the employees use the restroom during there shifts doesn’t make sense to me at all !!

Roof leak. Workers don't get along. Communication problem or lack of attention causes all orders to come out wrong, and ask for a spoon for the 'taters cause you won't get
